42 M, need a recommendation please

42 m, lifting for about 4+ years, I’m about 5’11 , I was about 225, now I’m 174… jumped on tirz years ago and that skyrocketed my body in a great way… cut back my dose and take it here and there…

I train with a personal trainer two days a week, accessory training 1 day per week, and maybe an orange theory 1-2 a week and a recovery day or so… also I’ve been on seemorelin for the last 5 months or so, definitely have gotten stronger, heal faster, but I think I’ve hit a plateau… I only carry fat (not loose skin), of course, on my stomach, and I’ve been eating as strict as can be, no drinking, etc for a long time and nothing works.

I’m not very knowledgeable about what is out there, but I was thinking of maybe testsmorelin since it’s known to target belly fat? Or maybe hcg?

My t levels are fine, I really don’t want to mess with that… focus, drive, ambition, sex is all 10/10…

Anyway, anything you all could recommend would be awesome, thanks so much!
 
more is always possible. drop the calories or increase cardio.
Or just accept you are gonna have a bit of belly fat, no shame in that at 42 years of age (assuming you are relatively muscular)

Strict has no meaning w/o context. That could mean you’re strict about eating 1200 calories or strict about not eating Burger King. You can always eat less and do more cardio.

If I was 5’11” and a non fat 174lbs I’d be trying to put muscle on before I tried to get super lean.

I want to do both my man, put on more muscle and take off this tiny gut I have

Why are you doing accessory training when you aren’t working out enough to know what you need to accessorize? What sort of workout does this “personal trainer” have you on? Again, we are missing pieces of the puzzle. Willing to help but details matter “Jack Reacher”

Pick one. Diet harder or stop going to orange theory and put a barbell on ur back and squat it.

If you can’t be more strict (whatever that means) then add food and lift harder to rev up ur metabolism then cut down again.

I was a fatass for 24 years. I had to bulk and cut multiple times before I looked good naked.
 
What about testamorelin or hcg? You don’t think anything can possibly help?
HCG is a waste of your time if Test is already alright. tesamorelin could help, but its too expensive for what it does.pinning straight up GH is more price efficient. But I am not gonna tell you to pin GH or take test, because you are an old guy who is in pretty good shape for his age (probably).

To get the changes you want to see, you should not rely on adding in more and more drugs. If a bit of fat is REALLY bugging you that much, you should just lock the fuck in, lift more & harder, eat more veggies & protein, a bit more carbs.
IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE ALREADY DOING THE MOST YOU CAN, you are gonna look the way you do, until you feel like you can do more (and follow through). Simple as.
