You can get a lot done at a planet fitness, I worked out at one for a year due to my life circumstances at the time.

But I would consider going to a more bodybuilding oriented gym. There’s more you can learn at a place like that and you’ll find it a lot more motivating.

I go to a private gym with a 1 on 1 trainer twice a week, orange theory twice a week, and accessory workout at planet fitness once a week
 
At some point you just have to assume the dog won’t hunt. There are guys hitting pig iron in the backyard and getting it done. All I’ve heard is whining, self loathing, and excuses. Man up dude.
If you have four years under your belt, you should have answers to some of these question and a foundation at this point. I doubt the issue is the gym or trainer. Assuming there is No underlying medical issue, Take responsibility for not training hard or keeping the right diet. If you’re motivated you’ll find a way to get the results.
 
Nah my trainer always questions my diet and cardio… but he was showing me on his computer how much stronger I have gotten in 6 months, and it’s crazy nuts… I go to orange theory twice a week, I guess I’ll eat below 2000 calories, and work out, I always hit my protein goal, which is 175+ daily
You are sort of telling us a story. “I guess I eat below”. Yes of course you’ve gotten stronger. Youve obviously went from sedimentary to moving. But it’s also obvious you aren’t building muscle because your trainer doesn’t know how to incorporate building muscle with fat loss. You’re using a drug already that is prob helping to compensate a training plan that sucks. Trust me people think they know what a work out is until they get a plan from someone like those of us in here gives them. I give plans to people that workout all the time then they have a reality check. I even dial it down because people’s idea of dieting and working out is often very skewed compared to reality. I’m not shitting on your progress it’s great. But if you are wanting more here’s my advice. You have Plateaued. Don’t add more drugs, it’s misleading you. Get gone from orange theory, we all outgrow training and coaches as they all don’t have the ability to get us to the next level. Get a complete understanding of your calories. I can tell you what I eat down to the gram, calorie and ounce. Workout more than twice a week. Find yourself a legit trainer with some bodybuilding coaching experience. They aren’t just for bodybuilders.

That’s kind of where I’m steering it but I should’ve been blunt.

I don’t think you’ve been reading what I’m writing very carefully, I have only joined because I have done all I can physically done before life isn’t any more enjoyable… meaning, if I have finally came to an age in my life where I have to have a little stomach, it is worth it, I love working out mainly because it’s like medication for me, I don’t take any medicine, no blood pressure stuff, nada… just tirz and sermorelin, I was curious if I could just take something extra cause I know I’m getting the work in… maybe I can locate my blood test and post that, but whining, no, you are mistaken about that…

At your body composition you can easily lose 2-3 pounds of fat a week eating 500 cals a day

I really do not believe people are calling you too thin
 
I don’t think you’ve been reading what I’m writing very carefully, I have only joined because I have done all I can physically done before life isn’t any more enjoyable… meaning, if I have finally came to an age in my life where I have to have a little stomach, it is worth it, I love working out mainly because it’s like medication for me, I don’t take any medicine, no blood pressure stuff, nada… just tirz and sermorelin, I was curious if I could just take something extra cause I know I’m getting the work in… maybe I can locate my blood test and post that, but whining, no, you are mistaken about that…

Well then by Felicia. If you understood what the forum was you wouldnt come in asking about drugs. Ask your dealer about drugs then. Go take your drugs and when you run out still be fat. Trying to give you advice without drugs. You’re obviously lazy or you’d be begging for better training not drugs. There is a way to train hard and stil enjoy life. Good luck

Sorry….You’re not listening. You should NOT be taking anything extra because you are clearly not putting the work in. Peds are not a magic pills that miraculously grow muscle. If you are not currently doing the work they will not do it for you. You don’t seem to grasping that concept. Enough people have been sugar coating shit for you up to this point. Train harder, eat better, reevaluate in 6 months.
