hello all, i discovered here about two years ago and ive been lurking in the forum for some time and decided to finally open an account and get some recommendations. so i thought i should introduce myself properly. 22 year old male, 170cm (5’7”), 85kg (187 lbs).

ive been going to the gym on and off since i was 12, mostly just to burn calories, not training seriously. ive been on the heavier side most of my life, peaking at 100kg in 2023. after seeing some photos of myself i decided to finally take the gym seriously and get it together. unfortunately, i went too extreme. over the next 4 months, i dropped 22kg on a harsh 1200–1500 calorie, no cheat diet while juggling university and daily gym sessions.

i lost some of the fat, but i definitely wrecked my hormones in the process. i did not notice the issue at first, but it hit me when i went to the gym with a newbie friend of a similar build. seeing his lifts already surpassing mine was a wake-up call. i looked into it further and realised i had gained very little strength, put on almost no muscle, and my libido was noticeably lower. since then, ive gained some of the weight back (fat+muscle), been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and am now trying to optimise my health.

im looking into peptides at the moment to help with weight management and heal up some tendon/joint injuries from my training/accidents. im looking forward to learning more about AAS, peptides and sources, while also getting advice. thanks for having me.
