Hi to everyone.
Joined the forum to source quality gear and participate in a community of folks that like self experimentation.
But about my history. Spent my 20s taking British Dragon test, dbol and deca, not eating properly, or living the lifestyle. Never dialed in the training right, drank and partied too much. Spent my 30s pursuing money and not dialing in the physique. Now in my 40s, with the help of youtube, the determination to actually dial it in, and the knowledge of what not to do, it's starting t come together.
I'm just under 6ft, 211-213# and around 10% body fat.
Currently running 350 test cyp 140primo every day administration, 20mg anavar on training days. 3 units gh, Reta, mots c,slupp332 and some bpc and tb in rotation.
Calories about 2800. 250protein, 350carbs, 40 to 50 fat. I work as a Carpenter, so this is a deficit for me. I've been leaning out over the last 6 weeks and plan to continue for another 6 weeks. I'm planning to rebound out from this cut ramping the food and gear up. Every 2 weeks, I plan to swap the anavar for a 2 week cycle of igf1lr3. I just introduced the anavar in the beginning of this last week.
My split is upper lower off upper lower accessory off. Currently in the process of moving, and will be dialing in morning cardio once I'm moved.
Any insight appreciated.
