So, my lifts went well and I am starting my cycle today. Here is the cycle (I've left out PCT, but yes, it will happen).

WK 1-4 TBOL 40mg/ED
WK 1-8 Tren E 200-300mg/WK
WK 1-9 Test C 1g/WK
WK 1-14 Mast E 400mg/WK
WK 10-14 DBOL 40mg/ED
WK 10-16 Sust 1g/WK
WK 10-16 NPP 400mg/WK
WK 1-16 HCG 500IU/WK
WK 1-16 Proviron as needed
WK 1-16 ADEX as needed
Caber on hand for wood problems

Diet and training post to follow, off to frontload right now, be back in 10.

I just front loaded the mast and the test. 1g of test today, and another 1.5 CC Thurs and another 1cc Sat, mast will follow the same pattern, except I only loaded 2cc of mast today, since the overall weekly amount is a lot less than the test. I did not front load the tren, since I have a healthy respect for tren, I will start the dose @ 200mg/wk and after 2 weeks go to 300mg/wk.
 
Goals and training pattern:
My goals are to shed this stupid "holiday fat" that I accumulated and bulk. I will be doing a recomp diet and dreaded cardio for the first two months. I hate cardio, and I haven't done any since quitting boxing a year ago.

I got a good thrashing from my coach over the weekend because I fell off the diet wagon, I didn't fall entirely off, but I did cheat to the tune of about 2x per week since Thanksgiving. Which resulted in a nice 1/2 inch layer of fat at the lower abdomen, just the front part... So after I was beat up verbally, my penance is cardio 2x per day, one fasted and the other 1 hour post workout meal. My coach knows how much I hate cardio, so his hope is that it will discourage me from cheating again next year, he wants me to take a picture of the stair stepper and hang it above my "man cave" door as a reminder of what will happen next year if I chose to cheat again...

Training is 1 body part per week, Shredded pointed me in this direction and after some back and forth with the coach we got a solid plan worked out some months ago that I have been getting used to during my "off cycle" time. I am familiar with the lifts and ready to lift big.

I want to break 200lbs this cycle, preferably 210, but that might be stretching it. I really want to get out of the "light heavy weight" class that I am currently in (sub 196 lbs).

My current weight is 186, 13.7BF.
 
Will it seems you have your work cut out brother. Hit it hard an I know you'll shed that right off. Best of luck to you bro!
 
Chest Day was Tuesday. Went for up tempo today, 15-30 second rest between sets, boy I was running out of gas towards the end. Lots of grunting was had.

Incline Press: 1WU set, 3 working sets, 205lbs, 10 reps
Flat Bench: 3 sets, 155lbs 10 reps
Dumbbell Flies: 3 sets, 45lbs, 10 reps
Chest Dips (machine): 3 sets 130lbs, 10 reps
Overhead Chest Pull: 3 sets 60 lbs, 10 reps
 
Is it me, or does this seem to happen a lot on meso? This guy is also separating with his woman, mostly because she hates pot, and occasionally I enjoy a blunt. Funny thing is, she is completely fine with the juice, but can't stand when I take a puff... I seem to be reading the breakup post quite a bit as of late...

At any rate, the front load is done. Currently I am pinning 3x a week for juice related stuff, and 2x a week for the HCG. As of week 2 (Sunday was the start of week 2), my recovery time has improved greatly since week 1. I went super hard yesterday on chest, and I have almost 0 soreness today, which from the previous week, after chest, I was sore for 2.5 days.

The only bad side I've had so far, is indigestion, I found the culprit was taking tbol and my pre-workout shake (essentially just creatine and protein). I had to add a little food about 10-15 minutes after the shake and tab, which removed the gas. Gas is a common side effect of protein shakes, normally when mixed with milk.
 
Ya I've been seeing that alot lately to an not just on meso either. I think were getting ready to have a full moon or some shit. maybe. Idk maybe my ass needs to take a look up in the sky in the dark more often lol o_O:D Having no soreness is always a good feeling. Keep up the hard work brother because I know you do.

Lying triceps press, 7 sets, 10 reps, 50lbs, 30 second rest (FST7)
Barbell curl, 3 sets, 10 reps
dumbbell alternate curls, 3 sets, 10 reps
barbarian curls, 3 sets, 10 reps, 55lbs
reverse curls, 3 sets, 10 reps, 40lbs
