5 Mins Abs Workout at Home

In just 5 Mins I'll be doing these 10 exercises for my abs;

- Mountain Climbers (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Left Side Slow Climber (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Right Side Slow Climber (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Left Side Hip Dips (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Right Side Hip Dips (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Alternating Toe Touch Crunches (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Rounded Back Scissor Kicks (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Alternating Heel Touch (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Left Side High Plank Oblique Crunches (30 sec/10 sec rest),
- Right Side High Plank Oblique Crunches (30 sec/10 sec rest).

What's your favorite abs workout?

My ab workouts are pretty vanilla...

Decline Crunches (add oblique twists at top)
Weighted Rope Crunches (add oblique twists)
Leg Raises (someone throwing my legs down to add intensity)

I’ll report back when I try some. ;)
