God dammit, I really can't stand Rich Piana.... I can't. But, continually these supplements from his 5% line are impressing me. I struggle from tren-somnia while on tren, like so many other users. I like to avoid sleeping meds when possible... So, when I saw they came out with this product, I had to give it a try...

Taste: 10/10... Honestly, it tastes great... When mixed with warm water, as suggested, it taste like a good hot tea.
Effect: 9/10... 1 scoop and within 30 or so minutes I'm yawning and ready for bed.
Price 10/10: $30 for 30 days of good sleep? Worth it to me guys.

Overall, 9.5/10... I would continue to recommend this product to friends, and I will buy more. This is a grand slam product by these guys.

How do you feel in the AM tho?
 
I have trouble sleeping even when im off cycle. Ive tried melatonin and tylenol pm's but neither of these will put me out anymore. I may have to give this a shot, plus i love my hot tea
 
Fuck it. I will give it a shot. I like honey lemon tea anyway.

How do you feel upon waking up in the morning? Do you get that sluggish almost hangoverish feeling? The reason I ask is cause that's alot of melatonin lol.

Naw im glad you shared this my gym actually sells his products. I'd given up hope on ever having a decent night of sleep hopefully this shit helps. I wouldn't be surprised if his products are designed with the intention of being used with AAS.

Lol seriously he's kinda a douche but honestly I've I've used (use) a few of his products and I've been pretty impressed with them so far.
 
It's like going to a trendy restaurant where there are a bunch of douchers, shitty atmosphere but your wife wants you to go with her and try it out so you do. And the food is actually really good but you don't want to admit it. My rookie sent me a pic of one of piana's pwo and damn if the little infomercial he did really made sense. But I didn't admit to my rookie that I'd try it. But I will
