@fldoms980 admittedly at first i was kind of like "well he was just angry" but the more i listened to it the more i realize the intent behind it. It was clearly a racist attack.

I see where you're coming from. I agree it was for sure an attack on the mans race, I just can't bring myself judge someone on what they said in anger. I said some pretty awful stuff to my girlfreind tren raging and got a second chance. Inexcusable but forgivable imo.

I feel the need to say that I am not some champion of black people, I am not anti Semitic and I damn sure am well aware that nobody needs me to be a champion of their cause. What I am is a history buff, an economics hobbyist and a slave to the truth. I am vehemently anti media, anti ignorance and anti people who say one thing to a person or group of people to their face and another behind their back... so I guess I am anti coward.
Human scum comes in every color- nobody holds the market on pieces of shit. I don't trust anybody with the exception of an extremely small circle of people... and occasionally people surprise you but for the most part they tend to be self serving, back stabbing sacks of shit.
The main thing I have found makes me happy is helping everyone I can and pointing out untruths or inconsistencies when I see them. I don't hold with racist shit in public or in the workplace. I am that guy. I think work is hard enough, life is hard enough... Nobody needs shit for what they look like while they are in the midst of doing the right thing.
Nobody should suffer for the sins of their father... unless they start acting like their father.

I can honestly say that I myself have been angry and said some not so nice things. It is normal to say something hurtful and regret it later cause you know it wasn't right. We've all been there. I didn't my the guy is racist. Just my take. And for the record I'm not a fan of his. Just putting my personal opinion of him aside and looking at it from different angles.

It is ALL in the delivery. Some times i will take risks with whatever audience i have in the room. Some times that risk goes really really well and some times not so much. But edgy racist style jokes are funny as hell. It lets us poke fun at ourselves and the obvious stereotypes. Which im cool with. But fuck that delivery up and you just entered a whole new territory. I like when i can tell a racist joke and get the offended party to laugh. Shows me they get it.
Infact im entering a whole new territory of edgy jokes. Im putting my spanish together finally and im starting with all the most horrid insults i can find. Thats whats important to me.
Not to learn spanish but to be able to effectively insult everyone i come across. I find with the right delivery i can get away with almost anything. And i find ppl respect that more when you go out on a limb like that. Again, gotta be a good judge of your audience tho

I don't think even you can answer that because your argument has nothing to do with the act, you're using the emotional state of a person as a defense (not of their actions but to suggest they aren't a racist). This doesn't hold water unless you want to turn it into a semantics debate....
My point is that you can use that argument for ANYTHING someone does. It seems like the only way to not be covered by that defense is if someone just straight up admits it. That's the only way we'll ever truly know, right?

Part of it is a joke. Not the part about being native. That is is proven by my autosomal DNA test. Then the next step is applying at the tribe you seek to establish lineage from. That is the legal way. The Bureau of Indian Affairs can supply one with the information youd need. Then each individual tribe has their own regulations to establish rights. Since they are sovereign they can impose any hurdle they wish.
That is the only way to legally prove Native lineage. Your grandmas telling you say isnt gonna cut it. And my point is simple. Ppl will be offended by what they want. The jews, my Native heritage.
