500mg Sustanon and not feeling anything!

At the moment, I am running test Sustanon Aspen (Turkey) at 500 per week. Week 3 now.

Still cannot see any libido increase, in fact have more of ED and member is like a noodle to be honest, and strength gains have not been remarkable. Just not feeling anything. No nipple sensations, no aromatisation, no bloating or water retention.

I had a blood test done already done twice. Health wise, all markers are spot on.

Test came back 2nd time at 61.34 ng/ml - ref range 2.27 - 9.67 (so x7 above the top normal)

Estrogen came back at 57.4 pg/ml - ref range 0-84

Prolactin is also normal.


Why am I not feeling test now?! Years ago, after a single injection of 250mg Sustanon, my nipples instantly felt weird, had erections, water retention.

Now nothing. Sustanon is definitely as real as it gets based on my bloodwork and sky high T levels.

What to do? Please, help

A lot of people don’t like sus. The general rule of mixed esters is always pin the shortest.. so what’s your injection frequency look like?

3 weeks for bloods is too early.

I’m on more than that and feel nothing. I don’t think ive ever taken anything and FELT it. Maybe tren A.. these drugs aren’t narcotics.. you’re not gonna go glass eyed and instantly swell up

But what concerns me is that my libido has dropped off and I have ED. Before starting sustanon I had all going well.

Also, as I have mentioned, just a single injection of Sustanon 3-4 years ago would give me a feeling of aromatisation, muscle fullness and crazy libido and erections.

Now, it is all nada.

I did a lot of Primo last 2 years, and my last injection was 3 weeks ago. Now it is Test only.

You’re messing with your hormones man. Levels are most likely out of whack. Just cuz you’re injecting test doesn’t mean your libido will be crazy high If you’ve also thrown the other hormones out of whack.

It's probably junk. Jtbh, lots of counterfeit stuff out there guys. Sometimes the guys that have access to the real thing get stuck with it. That's why it pays to brew, or to be in contact with a good ugl.

I am sorry, but you may have not seen my original post.

My T blood level is x7 higher than top range of the reference range.


So the Sustanon is 100% real. It is straight from the pharmacy (Central) in Istanbul. I buy directly from there.

That's why it pays to brew, or to be in contact with a good ugl that has been tried, and tested. My doctor will give me a shot of Pharma Cypionate 100mg every week if I go into his office and pay $20.00. that's ridiculous to do that when I can grab 10ml of the samething for same $.

You need some bloodwork

I know I have messed with my hormones, as we all did.

get you some cialis then. I’m speculating. I’ve had my libido crash running 750mg test c per week, got blood work and several other numbers were out of range of what’s desired causing it. Wasn’t ED, was simply an imbalance. I don’t use hcg, but I do use low dose 10mg per day cialis and it helps w/ my blood pressure and I can be prepared when it’s go time. Just my thoughts man you take from it what you want or don’t at all. My experience and reaction will differ from yours as our bodies all react different.

One more question, cortisol levels were good too? May have mentioned in original as well. Any stress or anxiety introduced recently into your life by chance?

your testosterone level is high, and you dont have side effects like water retention, gyno , acne.. so what are you complaining about? That you havent put on muscle in 3 weeks or had a huge strength increase from 500mg of testosterone?

You want to be bloated and covered in acne?

If you feel weak or have shit pumps in the gym, then maybe your carb depleted or dehydrated or lacking electrolytes.

otherwise we go back to look at estrogen like we talked about before.

Your estrogen isnt high and you dont have side effects, this is a blessing. Your libido issue is probably in your head.

I think youre already an overthinker by the fact youve gotten bloodwork multiple times already and insist on having pharma test, this isnt a bad thing but im just saying this to back up my point about you overthinking your libido. im saying youre expecting too much and probably over romanticizing the last time you ran gear.

if you really want to feel more (i.e more side effects) then take more testosterone , you could probably do 750mg a week and your e2 wont leave the reference range. Hell take 500mg right now cause youre apparently not sensitive to estrogen anyway.

but youre really "looking a gift horse in the mouth" so to speak.

also i think theres more changes that happen as time goes on, its not all about total testosterone level, or levels in the blood, its what the hormones do to our dna and what not and stuff that isnt as simple as levels in the blood

Sustanon is no good unless injected EVERYDAY.. You make use of no Esters using it any other way..

You inject 125mg every other day pretty much.. This is 15mg Test P.. You have 30mg Test Phenylprop then you have 30mg and 50mg of longer acting Esters.. These take longer to build up by week 3 your basically running Test P at 60mg a week.. The rest are just staring to creep in..

I have people ask why when they start Sustanon and Deca at same time they have no libido, ED etc.. Because the Testosterone ain't built up to shit yet.. Either run Enanthate or Cypionate or use a decent dose of Sustanon Every day..

He posted so much bloodwork supporting his sust is legit, he has estrogen in range and yet ed. So it’s not the gear.

OP, have you considered it might be psychological or mental problems that is causing your lack of libido? Maybe, you need sex pills or a new girlfriend lol.

Plus age is also a huge factor. you don’t expect raging libido all the time when you’re in your 40’s. For the ED problem though, cialis 5-10mg ed works for most.
