ip's oral products don't disolve well. chew then swallow. no need to go the sublingual route.

Im pretty use the gren IP tabs are turnabol or what he claims to be turnabol. Do they have any writing on them?

I was doing the sublingual thing, surely that's not why I didn't get any effects from them?

I kind of break them in my front teeth, and swallow. Remember if you chew it like you would a piece of candy some will get stuck in your teeth crevices. Just my .02
