Hello everyone.
I’m 52 years old, 6’1” around 235 lbs. I’ve always been more “country strong” than gym-trained and most of my lifting has been home-gym based. My goal isn’t bodybuilding — it’s getting into better shape, improving strength, and adding quality years to my life as I get older.

I work on a boat roughly six months out of the year, so training equipment is limited and diet can be hit or miss while offshore. That’s part of why I’m trying to be more deliberate and educated about what I do when it comes to health and performance.

I started by experimenting with peptides, which eventually led me here. More recently I began learning about PEDs from a harm-reduction standpoint. A couple years back my testosterone tested at 340 and my doctor wasn’t concerned, but after starting very conservatively with testosterone cypionate I noticed a significant improvement in how I felt overall. That made me want to understand how to approach this correctly rather than guessing.

I’ve been reading for a while and learning from the discussions here. I understand this introduction is the first step, and I’m looking forward to my learning experience here.

Welcome! I’m in my early-fifties as well and am relatively new to AAS as too. I’m finding that the combo of testosterone, HGH, and retatrutide are making a significant difference for me. I’ve thrown some other things into the mix, but those are the big 3 for sure. Curious what you’re currently taking. What peptides? Is your test from a clinic or UGL?

Lots of good (and bad) advice to be found here. Be patient, read as much as you can, and ask questions! Good luck!
