Tums and bananas can also help. Also Dave Palumbo claims back pumps are caused by fluid retention. Says lowering estrogen or taking a diuretic will stop back pumps completely.

Thank you! This makes sense, as later on in my cycles I do retain more water...even while taking arimidex..and this is when the back pumps are the worst. I will take a diuretic the next few days as well as upping water intake even more...gotta put more in to get more out. ;) Blood work will tell the whole story.
 
Back pumps have been so bad I can hardly train, or practice golf!!!!! But I am pushing through it. Upped the Arimidex to .5 ED Seems to be taking a bit of water back off but the back pumps are still there. I hope they subside in the next few days....I've been bumping the Tren slowly over the past few shots, finally reaching 75mg EOD and it's too much. Dropping that down back down.

This week has been a deload week, it was much needed. If the back pumps are gone next week will be max week....if not, carrying on with the program(which will also suck)

Pics this morning after trying to pull some water back off as I have been puffy for the last week or so...I've had a few people tell me I'm looking bigger, can't say I see it myself...scale weight this morning was 235.7...3.3 pounds lower than the starting fatty picture...;)

Not seeing much difference in growth...

Little embarrassed to post these bloods.....I did do some drinking on Sunday, I assume that's why my Chloride serum is low and liver functions are high. I also did stop the tren use. I need to donate blood, like tonight... here ya go..

The lower back pumps, even without stepping foot in the gym are getting fucking ridiculous. I've experienced this before and haven't found something to fix it. Tuarine doesn't fix it. I drink all kinds of water..The shit gets so bad you almost can't walk. Anyone help? Please?
Increase your electrolytes.... A lot! You're sweating all of them out... I would do 1tsp of salt substitute throughout the day... Split it up over food, in drink, etc. This is not salt, it's postassium chloride...
 
I donated blood tonight and immediately felt better(placebo?) anyway that is done. I’ll Redo bloods in two weeks and make sure not to have any drinks for at least a week before. I’ll also increase electrolytes as mentioned above.
 
Update: Last night after donating, I craved chocolate, so I had some brownies with my chicken and rice, got really tired and slept like a rock.

This morning I had black coffee, lucky charms, and a powerade with some salt mixed in it.(no pre, im off that for the foreseeable future) prior to the gym...FELT SO MUCH BETTER!! Better pump, better endurance, better sense of well being, no crippling lower back pump. I guess I have been overlooking the small things..and it goes to show you how important blood work is..

I also haven't drank sports drinks in years(high school football?) I usually use BCaa's or hydra-charge by Kaged muscle.

I was not taking that much, I was taking 2000mg pre workout and maybe another 1000 mg throughout the day.

Adding more salt and a few powerade's seemed to make it much more tolerable yesterday. I also felt much better throughout the day. Big thanks to @Wunderpus

Yesterday was chest am workout, heavy deads pm workout.

Everything is remaining better off of TREN....workouts, mood, appetite etc. Apparently my body doesn't like tren or npp. Another week or so I will start the anavar. The question after that is, do I cruise or PCT? Last time I pct'd my Test was 334...

I'm 30, I have a kid on the way...but still not sure what to do?? What would meso do? I am leaning towards cruise at 150mg test e per week.
 
I would try another PCT. I know you feel old at 30, but when you hit 50 you'll wish you were still 30. Do you really want to pin every week for the next 40 years?

So, I've added back in some more carbs the last few days and feel much, much stronger...I actually am stronger. Yesterday was the final day of the recomp.

I will have pictures sometime this week and I will keep the log going.

Newest lifting update is I pulled 500x3 on Saturday, I probably had 1 or 2 more in the tank, but my right lower back was feeling a bit funny. I have been training deads from a deficit for added mobility, this seems to be working. I have also upped the stretching and rolling since spring activities are starting and I really don't want to be injured.

Currently doing 100mg prop eod and 20mg anavar split into 10mg am pm.

What is everyone's opinion on primo in place of masteron?

Primo is a weaker, more expensive, and slower acting version of masteron IME. Now, it's not a bad AAS, but it's not as profound in it's results on a MG v MG basis.... Primo seems to be SLIGHTLY more anabolic in my experience, though.... I like it for cruises more than anything, or if you want a pretty much side free blast run like NPP and primo.... But, masteron overall is more useful and cheaper.
 
Couple weeks in to recovery mode as I call it. First week felt like shit, still tired spells, but pulling out of it. Strength is actually going up??? and my weight is down to 228.4 this morning but I am not nearly as dry. Diet is fair, but I have added in some simple carbs..cereal, bagel, nothing crazy. Just thought I would throw an update...

Just a small story.

From when I got on privatemdlabs yesterday until I got my results back today was exactly 25 hours. Very easy to get your "script" and go labcorb over lunch. Moral to this story is there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't be getting blood work done. New things to come and a more detailed log.
 
New cycle looks like this. Test p 300mg, mast p 500mg, npp 200mg /week. Running 12 weeks. Got pre bloods done, I’m donating Saturday. Will run adex.25 eod or more as needed.

Diet will be eat, a lot. Currently 232 unknow bf will post pics.

Legs last night.

Warm up: Leg extensions 4x10 SS w/ Seat leg curls 4x10
Squats... Bar x10 really slow down( I always emphasize this)
135x10 Warm
185x10 Warm

275x10
275x10
275x10

Bulgarian split squats(slow on the down) with a 30 lb dumbell 3x10 each leg

Squat press machine 3x10 with a 45 on each side working for speed super setted with unilateral leg press with a 45 on each side.

Finished with what I started with, ss leg extension and laying curls. 4x10...I don't post weights on the machines...because I frankly don't pay attention. These first four weeks will use the same weight on squats but go up 2 reps until we hit 14 reps....Then I will drop down to 5 to 7 sets of 5 at heavier weight.

The auxiliary work will also intensify every week. I like to do most of my aux work in the 15 plus rep range.

Arms this morning,

Bicep cable curls 7x10
Preacher curl(slow both ways) 4x10 ss w/ dumbell bicep curls (light)
Hammer curls 4x12-15 ss w/ reverse dumbell curls 4x15
Cable High pulley curls unilateral 4x10

Cable rope push downs 7x12
Single arm, seated dumbell overhead extension 3x12
Close grip push ups super setted with heavy v bar press downs 3x12

Kind of a light day, quickly trained before work but had a really nice full feeling going.
