im bulking up, im looking to make a superfast high calory and protein breakfast under 5/10min max. shoot me your ideas

Whole grain tortilla, spicy tuna packets, shredded cheese, on the pizza cooker or toaster oven.

Toss some scrambled eggs over the tuna if ya want. Shit's good, calorie dense, protein packed, and still pretty light as far as meals go. Throw it down with a green smoothie or whole milk.

Still one of my favorite quick meals.

That what I made up for one of my coworkers, who is seriously skinny.
I even put a spoonful of olive oil and a scoop of ice cream in it, because he don’t eat but once a day, and it’s garbage at that.

the egg in the shake ? that seems terrible

I've posted this several times but here it is again. If you gain fat easy I don't recommend it.

Edit. I make this the night before and drink it in the AM. About to start drinking these again.

Make your breakfast before bed and heat that shit up in microwave.

Overnight oats in full fat yogurt with some protein powder nuts and dried fruit is good. Take it out fridge ready to eat.
