I am but I made a concoction Gatorade with taurine and baking soda(aka sodium bicarbonate). Sodium bicarbinate is proven to allow for better performance. Due to your body being acidic and then it controls the balance making produce more of somthing. I forgot. But it's true.

I am only adding a very little, like 1/2 teaspoon, and 5 g of taurine.
