6 Month Old Retatrutide Experiment

TLDR: 5-6 month old reconstituted Retatrutide severely loses potency.

Used Reta in November-December, experienced many of the typical effects - the good and the bad even with only 1mg. Haven't used any glp's since December.

Decided to leave a vial reconstituted to later test "potency" as some peptides like Melanotan are literally indestructible reconstituted or not and other glps like tirz has shown great resilience in long term storage not mixed. Additionally, some providers now offer vials that are like 60mg+ which should last anyone A VERY LONG TIME.

Now, this is all a feels report, and has limited application / value; however, even with stable refrigeration and holding - I can confidently say 5-6 month old reta has GREATLY diminished effects even at significantly higher doses to the point I would say it is almost useless after trying this vial over the last 2 weeks. AKA: It lost almost ALL "potency"

Now, I do not know how long it is "good for", retrospectively I wish i would have planned this out and tried at 2, 3, 4 months etc, but I will definitely not be buying any "large" mg vials (60mg etc) myself with this noted finding and will stick to those which would last me more around 4 weeks to ensure potency, but i see people using the same vial up to 6-8 weeks.

It's only a feelz report - but take it as you will.
Thanks

What didn’t you experience that’s making you say this ? And 5-6 months is a long time.

All the effects I experienced when using a “ fresh vial”. Aka:
Essentially no appetite suppression,
no changes in satiety or ability to eat larger portions comfortably
No “feeling” of slower gastrointestinal emptying
No changes in HR.

And this is going as high as a dose of 2.5x what I used with a fresh vial and experienced significant effects.

60mg vials last me 5 weeks so you have some math issue I guess.

Only a dumb person buy high concentration vials and use low weekly doses.

Reta is fine 100% up to 60 days, more still don't have the data, will have it soon

So what you’re saying is you have no plan to increase yiout dose at all over 10 weeks ?
no 10mg is so fucking strong already i have issues eating barely 1800 calories on this. i've tried 15mg and i was barely able to get 800 calories in worst week ever. im never gonna run over 10mg dont even wanna try another death week

Does the source reimburse testing? To see if your reduced feelz was due to actual detectable degradation.

It would be nice to know whether reconstituted Reta maintains potency for 2 - 3 months since larger size = cheaper price/mg.

Another thought... what about buying e.g., 120 Tirz, opening the lypholized vile and breaking up the powder into smaller vials before reconstituting? I have a scale that would get pretty close...

Not worried about contamination other than what's already in there?
