6 Week Cutting Cycle

Now were getting somewhere... finally beginning to see slight veins in my upperchest/shoulders when training. I'm so happy with this cutting cycle I'm ordering in some more albuteral and t3, will keep cutting till I'm 10% bodyfat. Really finding it extremely easy to shift the weight. Everything is clicking into place, training, diet, everything is perfectly in sync. Have everything dialed in. Dunno if anyone is still following this thread , but defo going to keep it updated as when i was looking online i couldn't find a definitive answer to what to expect (weightloss wise) on clen and t3.

very nice improvement.

It's amazing looking at the difference each week, I've opened up the 3 images and zoomed in on the stomach area... when your looking at them beside each other you can really see the difference's. Highly recommed taking pics each week, really helps keep the motivation. I've noticed a big difference in the size of my traps, My left trap is twice the size of my right. I used to shoot my left trap with juice ... I assume its an imbalance from stretching the fascia. Will hit my right trap 3 times a week to get that shit symmetrical!!
 
Had my cheat day yesterday... pizza and a few beers... woke up at 4.30am with horrific heart burn. Absolute mofu. I overindulged yesterday in both the food and the beer... Did 40mins fasted cardio this morning(what else can you do at 5am). After my my calorie intake yesterday I'll probably be doing cardio everyday to make up for it. :( On a positive note no fear of my body going into starvation mode after yesterday :)
 
Well i didn't do the fasted cardio everyday as i planned, couldn't with work commitments etc... Weighed in at 209.2lbs, 4.2lbs weghtloss this week, which is great considering i wasn't as strict as i could have been with my nutrition... lot of crappy meals...

What the fuck is moderation? I'm Irish I've cut down from drinking 7nights a week to once every couple of weeks. Did ya not see the belly at the start of this thread... Was 110% sponsored by budweiser! Lmao. Just making sure my metabolism doesn't slow down. It's all very scientific! Getting some more ink done... I have a ritual of going on the beer when I get ink... Looking at a 10 hour tattoo session, and in work tomorrow :(
