6 Week Cutting Cycle

Your cutting? Your look fine to me. But don't listen to me, I don't care about BF% or having cut abs.

How are you liking your t3? I never noticed ANYTHING from mine.

I always stayed around 18%, was quite happy at this level, but after letting myself go for so long, and having to cut for prolonged amount of time to get back to "normal" I decided I'll keep going for a final few weeks!

What I do find humorous is people who say it's so hard to loose weight... It took me 4 years of eating and drinking anything and everything I wanted to, to get to the shape I was at....

Took less than 6 months to undo the damage-thank God!

The t3 I don't feel any different, but the scales doesn't lie, I'm shifting weight by the bucket load. I've actually stopped doing cardio this week to ease up on the weightloss... I was hoping to loose 27lbs in 6 weeks if I had continued the cardio I reckon I would have lost 27lbs in 3-4 weeks!
 
seems to much to me. you are more than likely losing muscle too. which is counter productive to your goal.

I'm thinking the same thing myself, I'll be two weeks in to this cutting cycle tomorrow, I have already stopped doing all cardio as of last week, will see what I weight in at tomorrow if I've lost a lot again this week then I'll increase my cals slightly. Hard to get dialled in!

you can lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks without issue. I wasn't sure the length you have been running it. if you lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks. than you have an issue. you should only lose 2 lbs from 3rd week on to be considered safe or not to be losing more muscle than fat. hope I made sense lol

I'm not sure if it's water weight or what... I was half arsed cutting (loosing 1-2pounds per week) for the last few months am two weeks in on a proper cut, counting calories etc. Will weight myself tomorrow and take a pic, and see where I'm at!

need to take measurements to see were you are losing the weight. if you are losing in arms and legs. than it is muscle, if losing in abs, than it is fat.

Will take measurements tomorrow... Just ate a few(8;/) slices of pizza tonight so shouldn't have lost too much weight this week lol

Right? haha, Cutting is "hard" because people dont stick with it. Just because you don't lose weight 1 week doesn't mean your not losing weight....and if you super obese, cutting for 3 months isn't going to make you lean...

Dang, sounds like your doing good man. Keep up the good work. I feel my t3 is bunk, but I really don't look at my self or weigh myself....

Being honest I used to never weigh or look at pics previously, but i do find now when cutting it makes it a lot easier if you take pics each week...

I didn't think I changed in the last week but after looking closely at the pics from this week to last week I can see a decrease in the fat on my lower abdomen. I don't really care about scales weight... I want to be 300+lbs monster :)

Where did you get your t3 from?? The drugs aren't miracle workers, but when you get dialed in on your calories/nutrition, and you have legit pharmaceuticals it's puts a blow torch to your weight-loss.
I would advise you to take pics of your progress... I don't feel any different than i did 6mths ago...but when i look at the pics I can't believe I was ever that size!
 
8% to 12% you can see 6 pack for sure and look vascular. I think that is a tall feet myself.

I have enough cutting compounds to last 4 weeks, can either buy more and extend cutting time to get down to 10 - 12% , or just get as low as I can in the next 4 weeks then bulk for the winter?? not sure what to do..

Ideally i would get to 10 -12% then bulk till 14 -15%.

Hard to know what to do...
 
I would start packing on muscle after your 4 week cut. your diet will determine how fat you get. I want muscle over trying to keep losing fat. muscle will burn fat with right diet.
 
Woke up at 5am this morning with extreme muscle cramps in calf's and quads. I've never had this before from using clen / albuteral, I haven't been drinking the usual amount of water I would usually consume... Will be investing in taurine and potassium today. Memo to oneself... Drink more water!

I had a proper cheat day on Saturday, went through whole hog nachos, burger, fries, and 1 beer to wash it all down. Kinda felt bad, my diet has been extremely strict never more that 2,300 cals a day. Will see when I weigh in on Saturday what the damage is!
 
Still have cramps in left calf and hamstring. Took 6g of taurine and a shit load of potassium, along with 8 litres of water nothing is getting rid of the cramps? Any ideas?
 
Finally managed to get rid of the cramps... must have taken 15g of taurine and 6g of potassium- maybe more i got to the stage of not counting just taking a handful at the time !

Haven't noticed any decline in the belly fat in the last few days, but really seeing a difference in my arms/shoulders... more definition between the muscle groups. My arms have lost 3/4" in size though :/
