6 week Hardcore Weightloss Blast

Hello Guys, I have been away from the boards for a while and need some assistance from you guys.

Little background on myself. One year ago I was 225 lbs at 5' 8" about 30% bodyfat. Over the last year i have gotten down to 190. Havent really dieted in the last 6 weeks. Go to the gym 3 times a week but dont go too crazy.

I have decided to enter a 6 week body transformation contest at the gym, which is being based on the greatest % of bodyfat decrease. I believe the competition will really help me stick to the plan.

What I need from you guys is help putting together the best 6 week plan, workout, cardio and diet including supplements. I prefer to stay away from AAS (been there in the past I just have too much to lose now) but would be open possibly to T3/Clen if it would make a big difference. Also would be open to a SARM or other similar product.

I would truly appreciate your advice and the time you put into it. I would be glad to post before, during and after pics to keep me motivated and to show that I took your advice seriously.
