Obviously not the healthiest profession in the world, but over the last 5 months I tried to take back my health and get started on a way forward.

Started tirzepatide on July 4th weighing 238lbs at 6' since then i have transitioned to retatrutide and have gone up to 6mg on that so far. Down 31 pounds overall and sitting at 207 this week. Goal is to get to 190 and work on body recomp after that.

Since starting down the glp1 route I have gained quite a stack of peptides in my freezer and have enough for a good size 3rd world country... lol. I have stopped most everything i was doing except bpc157 and kpv for inflammation because I was disappointed in scale reading gaining water weight on some of the other stuff. I will restart some after getting to goal weight.

I tested at 300 at a trt clinic and bought into their over priced plan and started at 140mg a week. After some research I found this place a few months ago and found a much cheaper option to get the test so I've been running that for the last 2 months.

I'll post my lab that I just got back in the testing forum but pretty happy with the results. Just need to get some feedback from more experienced guys on the way forward, but i feel great and not going back to the old way of living any time soon.

Living in the state of Florida after escaping the cold of the Midwest.

Thanks for reading.

Good on you for getting stuck in man regardless of age or profession. Your natural test at 61 was actually higher than mine was at 32 . Be good to see how you progress

Love this. Monitor your blood work, get active and lift heavy shit, and start to track your macros. It'll change your life in a matter of months. Literally. By next summer people will be asking you what the hell you did. Smart move on doing less than more. Reality is as you recomp, you'll be able to add the rest of those peptides back in with likely minimal issues. Let's gooo.

Yeah it crazy already, got 3 co workers on glp1 and 1 on trt just from conversations I've had after they saw how I was doing.

Same. I lost close to 100 lb in 2023. 2024 and 20 25 is all about adding muscle mass. Everyone wants to know what the secret was. Reality was just fixing my diet and getting my ass in the gym. Don't get me wrong, GLPs and hormones helped, but they're not the magic bullet without the total commitment.
