6'8 - Getting Started - First Cycle

Hey Guys, I'm planning on starting my first cycle within next 2-3 months.
Age - 20
Height - 6'8
Weight - 185 Pounds
Body Fat - Somewhere around 12%

I know I'm Skinny lol.
I've done Gym in the past for like 6 months and now had a break for over 4 months. I gained over like 10 pounds but got sick and lost them. I've been working on collecting some money for supplements and all and now I want to get started.
Anyways, What I'm planning is :-
1st Month - Hit the gym - Eat much.
2nd Month - Start taking a mass Gainer 10 LBS.
3rd Month - Go on another month with Lean Mass Gainer.

After that I'm planning to begin with my FIRST cycle.
12-16 weeks - Test E 500MG/ Week ( Every Monday and Thursday )
4 weeks - Dianaball 50 MG / Everyday
Arimidex - 0.25 or 0.50 MG / Everyday ( Suggest me how much should i take )

PCT

Clomid
NolvaDex

This is what I've in mind right now. I'm going to eat like a beast.
I'm planning on having
5,000 Calories ( I can eat that much )
Can you help me with how much Protein, Carbs, Fat ( PCF ) do i require exactly?
I plan on doing everything perfectly and make some real good gains.
Plus Can you also tell me what other necessary supplements would i be requiring during the cycle other than the protein?

Looks good. Pretty standard and would stick with just 12 weeks. Your probably gonna get the to young speach im sure its coming.....your to young. You have loads of test still and a blood test will say different. Im prett. Sure u dont havr low test though.
 
Cycle needs a deca boldenon or a masternon added on to help solidify gains. 300 mg a week should do it

Test at 500 a week 50 a day dbol looks goos

I would finish out w like 4 weeks winny or anavar

First cycle is where u gain the most

Please disregard the post from johnnybravel22 considering it is complete nonsense. It's his first cycle and you are suggesting that he run 3-4 compounds? :rolleyes: First get your diet in order before you plan a cycle since that should be already dialed in before you start. Stick with just the dbol and test. I personally would advise against even doing a cycle at 20 years old but most don't listen.

Okay. I can do a proper diet. I know that.
Why is that? What would be the issue?
Actually the thing is the supplementation costs too much which I really can't afford. Without that I don't feel like I working out since you don't get any real changes to be honest. I've been collecting money for this for quite sometime now and I'm now ready to give it a go.I mean everybody at this age are doing roids lol . But I'll still consider your points for not taking them at this age? I'm all ears.

I'm eating a lot but not good food right now. Back to the time when i hit the gym. I made some decent gains. Had a real good diet.

During the cycle I'm planning on eating like
25 Egg Whites
6 Bananas
Fruits
Oats
3 KG Milk
Chick Breast ( After workout )
Lots of rice
Salad
Boiled Potatoes

What else do you suggest? Is that good enough?
 
how muh of each? what about macro counts? if u aint writing it ur not hitting the numbers.... youre 6' 8 and 185lbs so.ething is wrong.
 
at your height and weight I would just eat eat and more eat thruout the day..I picture you as a Michael phelps body type ..Your training will be sub par to any of his but I think he managed 8 to 10k calories a day...Basically if I was you I would start reading all about food and nutrition and while doing that just eat anything and everything until you start gaining. perhaps by then you will be educated on diet somewhat that will be good for your body we are all different
 
I didnt catch the 20 year old part. Yea thats young to cycle. And no one should gear up without having diet n supps inline first i figured that was understood

I was just saying the first cycle is often the most productive so make the most of it

Personally i think 10 weeks deca test dbol followed with a cutting 4 weeks is pretty standard and those mgs were not so high that it shouldnt b done by a novice

50 ng a day might b high for a firdt dbol run but realistically its gna b underdosed dbol anyways

Either way ill apologize if it sounded bad but if i coukd have redone my first cycle that would b it exactly
 
@Andrew Genzel dianabol will bulk u with a lot of water weight. Which is fun but counterproductive. When u get off all the water runs out and the left over gains u will make would have been thw same thing as having run a lower key anabolic like winny or anavar. But u also run the risk of losing muscle to the posr cycke crash.

Personally i think anavar would serve u better because the gains would b more solid and have a greater chance of permanence and the crash wouldnt b as bad since u would have gained clean mass without bloating

Plus the anavar is gentler and has less side effects overall
 
For straight mass and size you cant beat test ,d-bol,and deca. There is water and bloat with it but they aromatize quite a bit
 
Just stick to test first round. Theres lots of other compounds out there and you can play with all of em but one at a time. If you run a bunch of shit together and have some massive sides you will have no idea what the hell is causing it
 
I waited until I was 240 at 6'2" and 35 years old to cycle. At 6'8 185 you are not eating anywhere near enough. Gaining naturally requires less food than on cycle- you are wasting time and money cycling before you know about your dietary requirements to gain muscle. You will probably injure yourself being so skinny and heaving around heavier weights quickly- compound that with fucking up your endocrine system and say goodbye to boners and having children. But everyone is doing it! Enjoy!
