here's one~!

hello---
I'm brand new to the world of BB. I am training for a contest in September and am just a "baby"---only 19 yrs. old. Know anything important about FBB I would love to chat via forum.

Hello Swolechic and welcome aboard!

Since you're doing a contest in 10 months, I presume you've been training for quite a while. Are you using any anabolics or do you intend to? What are your specific goals between now and 10 months from now?

Good luck!

There are quite a few of us who can really help out with training or nutrition advice. Personally, Im not very up to speed with AAS usage for females, but Im sure there are a couple more knowledgeable people around to help out.

soon2bswole...what are your current stats...height, weight, bodyfat %. How long have you been training for?

Welcome, ladies. If there is any way that I can help to make your stay at Meso a happy one let me know. It's nice to have some female companionship on the board.

Hi Jewel!

I'm glad you accepted *******'s offer to come and mod the female forum.

Hope you dont mind us boys posting here. lol

Thanks THL. I'm glad that I could be a part of Meso in this way. Although I know that I have a great deal to learn still, my heart is in the right place :).

Hey, I'm a chick. :D I've been bodybuilding for 15 years, 7 competitive. I've taken the last 2 years off due to life interferences. :D I'm looking to get back on stage this season.

hello MsFit. welcome. sit. stay a while.

tell us some more about yourself....stats would be good. any AAS experience?

BTW..i love the name. nice play on words if ones mind goes that way :D .

have a nice day

didn't ditch ya!

Sorry about that---I am on holiday break and do not have access to high speed connection to the net. I've been meaning to check the forum for a while now!

My stats since you've asked....
first, background: Just finished up a ten year bout with attempting to playing division one women's ice hockey. Didn't work out for a number of reasons, one of which: I was too small. I was always one of the shortest players so I started training---for hockey--when I was only 13. The strength I gained from the gym immensely helped improve my game and my natural "rough and tough" abilities. Still wasn't enough for the college scouts so I'm on a personal route of vengence and self-fulfillment through BB, heh. I haven't heard of too many FBB's with this type of background as most seem to be from the dance type sports. I'm still pretty flexible if that counts for anything--I was also a lacrosse goalie for three years and can almost do the splits.

I am 5'3" and I played hockey at about 135-140. Since I've started the BB bulking training this past fall, I'm now at a decently solid 150. My BB coach is right though: I'm only 19 so I'm loaded with estrogen and my skin is thick. (on the other hand, I'm also loaded with GH so that's good!) I have a long way to go.

As far as AAS, I began my very first cycle--of anavar--on Nov. 3rd. I did it for only four weeks and saw that 10 lb. gain. This summer I also did a mini five week diet for "fun"---to see if I could survive what real BB put themselves through pre-contest and also to drop some extra body fat. I really dropped the carbs and cals and did quite well with the addition of a two week cycle of cyto and clen: I dropped almost 13 lbs. with very little training and cardio (I was working at a gym nine hours a day so I unfort. wanted to just leave when I was done).

That's my background in BB in a nutshell. It's really short bc I'm brand new. Other vitals include:

last body comp was at 21.7%---I'm guessing more around 23.5 after the bulking cycle.
biceps: 12.5 inches
waist: 30 in.
(other parts not yet measured)
I'm pretty strong too if that even matters bc BB is mostly if not all about shape:
bench o.r.m: 160
squat: 185/6x
d.l.: 200/4x

Have fun with this if you like! Thanks for dedicating your time to help others with this....
soon-2b-swole chick :D

forgot my training goals

from now until May (when I start my dieting) I would like to gain another 15 lbs. I've heard it's not do-able but I think it is with the results I've seen thus far.

I just started another cycle of Primabolan at about 15 mg/day. My overall protocol for the contest involves this, more var, and winny along with nolvadex, cyto, and clen.

My diet is at about 200-250 protein, 200 carb, and 50 fat (about 2000 cals). I drink 3-4 shakes a day and eat clean sources. I try to eat a lot of low GI carbs and clean, good fats (to help I supplement with a teaspoon of Udo's choice oil and also Thinfat by VPX).

I train these body parts this way (days not always set):
-chest
-legs on weekends in two parts (quads/glut/calves P1 and hams/abdt./adduc P2)
-arms
-delts (need to focus on rear because front blew up)
-back
abs rotating every few days when soreness subsides and I have time. I'm a very serious student so time is chronically limiting.

Cardio 2-3x a week. Very light (hr 120-130). I like and *need* cardio--it makes me feel good and flushed out.

Damn there is a lot to talk about in BB! Thanks again.

thats a very interesting history my dear. congrats on the progress you've made. at your age, you should fine.

as for the cycle, you might want to be careful with the winny. i've read about womens voices deepening. and also, an enlarged clitoris. i'll try to get more info about this though.

stick around...and again, welcome.

have a nice day

Glad to see you return from your holiday! Hope you had a great time!

A female hockey player, eh? Not too many of you gu...girls around. I played up to Juniors and never made it to play in college. Being a goalie becomes un-fun after 10 years or so. Anyway, IMO, hockey is a good background for lifting and the hard work involved.

As Joe said, stay away from the winny. Many many women have experienced good results with it, but accompanied by enlarged clitoris, deepened voice, increased body hair, and some other negative (and often permanent) sides. Primo and var are good choices for a female.

Your diet looks pretty clean and good, though I would increae fat intake by about 10g (or about 25% of total calories). As for dieting, Id change that recommendation even more.

It sounds like youve made some great progress so far in your short BBing history. At 150, it likely wont be easy to add that 15 pounds of muscle you were mentioning. Its possible, with help from AAS, but will still take some time. At 21-23% bf it would be good (health and aesthetically) for you do drop down to about the 14-16% level. With a good diet, some cardio and lifting, you could do that in 6-8 weeks.

Bob...I didn't know you played hockey.... played juniors myself... I cant say anything about goalie, but i played right wing ...Mel... Blades. Probably woulda made it but blew out mcl in 2nd year...Had scouts from comp-u-ware checkin real hard...oh well... enough about me... I agree with Bob... Stay away from the winny...Primo is a much better choice

Thanks joe. I've been bb for 15 years and competing for 7. I've taken the last two off due to burnout and certain life struggles. I'm prepping to get back on stage this summer. I'm hoping to have more fun with it this round rather than be so damn competitive. :D

After my sophmore year of high school I really started to lose interest in hockey. As a freshman in high school I was one of the best goalies in the state, had the 2nd lowest goals against average for my high school history (1.63), and beat the # 1 team in the state that was 17-0. One of the forwards on that # 1 team now is a major player in the NHL.

I really think I could have played Jr A and college, but once I lost interest my work habits went down and school became much more important.

Sorry to be a bit absent from the forum lately... a big move across country as well as the holidays have been hectic. Welcome to sn2Bswole19chic and MsFit. It's wonderful to have more female companionship on the board. If there is anything that I can do to make your stay at Meso more welcome, let me know. Happy Holidays!

hi ladies and welcome. this is my first foray into the women's forum but let me say that i'd to help any way i can. all i ask is that you post some topless photos (the damn mods don't allow beaver shots for some bizarre reason...) of yourselves to help me properly 'evaluate' you. :-P

all the best...
