7Dog's Transformation/Test & Mast Cycle

Are you really that bloated already 7D? I'm on the same amount of test c as you and I've noticed no bloat at all yet. The only difference is that you are on that masteron also, but that doesn't bloat you as far as I know. We started at almost the same time too, you began 3 days before I did. I just find it interesting if this is the case.

Pretty puffy and oily lol, but I can still see veins in my arms and some new ones in my shoulders and chest. The puffiness is mainly in the gut. Feet and ankles aren't swollen. I've been cutting back on the sodium last few days and added some powder fiber 4 times/day.
 
This may have already been asked, but where did you get your adex from? You may need to take a higher dosage or it may be bunk.

Maxim Peptide. Let me try to explain. I read a post about someone using Maxim's ralox and it really helped with his pre pubescent gyno so I thought I would give it a shot. Their adex is dosed at 1.5mg/ml. I started out taking about .3ml EOD I've increased it to .7ml EOD 7 day ago plus 30mg twice per day of their ralox. It could be bunk I know RC's don't have a very good rep. I will be get bloods around the 18th or 19th of June.

I notice that I get a good pump after just a couple sets now. Its pretty intense, feels like I double in size. lol The extra fiber, water, and adex is helping with the bloat, also cutting back on sauces (I would use way too much on chicken), but some water retention is to be expected. Muscles are definitely harder and more dense, strength is going up, but I'm not real worried about how much weight I can move. Whats the saying, "you don't have to bench 400 just look like you do" or something like that.

I checked the temperature in the cardio room 75, that's a little warm for inside. Ladder wasn't to bad today. Its always going to difficult cause if it was easy everyone would be on it. Treadmill incline 15 3.7mph 10mins, 3.1mph 5mins, 2.5mph 5mins. Starting to notice a difference in my calves.

The last pic is a rowing machine, going to start use it more. I read in Odie's log how he uses it, so I thought why not. I don't expect it to work as well for me as it has for him.

Still feeling damn good, best I felt in years.:D

Yesterday I was craving sweets, so I torn up my kitchen looking for something. All I found was 2 graham cracker pie crust...I ate them both.:oops: Mix them up with lite cool whip, protein powder, fiber and yogurt. I guess it could have been worse. Idk why hitting legs and hanging leg raises always hurt my hip. Feels like it pops in and out of the socket. More so on leg raises and just pain on leg workouts.

My hair started turning gray when I was 22 at the temple area. It WAS so dark that just a little bit on gray would stick out. Now its fucking gray all down the sides. So, I thought I would put some Just For Men hair color on it yesterday. That shit is pretty amazing, but I got it EVERYWHERE. On my ears, my face, my neck, fingers, all over the fucking bathroom, floor, wall, mirror, sink, somehow it got on the floor in the front room. lol What a mess!! I keep my hair short so its not going to last very long. I must say I do look 10yrs younger!!

Ladder wasn't to bad, slowed the pace. Treadmill Incline 15 3.7mph 10mins, 3mph 5mins, 2.5mph 5mins. Hit the elliptical for 10mins so I could drink water/powerade mix. 10mins Rowing and I didn't do no 3200 strokes that counter is fucked up...imagine that.

The rowing has caused some new soreness :). Other then that I'm feeling good, more energy and a better mood (for the most part).
