I notice that I get a good pump after just a couple sets now. Its pretty intense, feels like I double in size. lol The extra fiber, water, and adex is helping with the bloat, also cutting back on sauces (I would use way too much on chicken), but some water retention is to be expected. Muscles are definitely harder and more dense, strength is going up, but I'm not real worried about how much weight I can move. Whats the saying, "you don't have to bench 400 just look like you do" or something like that.

I checked the temperature in the cardio room 75, that's a little warm for inside. Ladder wasn't to bad today. Its always going to difficult cause if it was easy everyone would be on it. Treadmill incline 15 3.7mph 10mins, 3.1mph 5mins, 2.5mph 5mins. Starting to notice a difference in my calves.
The last pic is a rowing machine, going to start use it more. I read in Odie's log how he uses it, so I thought why not. I don't expect it to work as well for me as it has for him.
Still feeling damn good, best I felt in years.
