Little formula for estimating 1rm. Weight x reps x .033 = ? . Add the ? To the weight at the beginning of the formula. It works well. So 315 x 5 x .033= 51.97. Say 50 + 315 means you can likely get 365 with a little getting used to the weight. You're killing it ;)

Thanks Benny. There's a formula for everything, it does makes sense. Yeah getting used to the weight is a big part.

315 for 10!? Lol that's flattering but I think about 275 would be my 10 rep max right now. 320 was my max before i started my cycle. I'd be very happy to get 315 for 5 currently. You and I are about neck and neck :D

Yeah we're really close. Started about the same time, running about the same amount of Test C (I cheated and threw in some Tren), and we've both gained about 25lbs.
 
I'm sorry I'm always bitching about the gym I go to, but I've got another one. Lol This gym has a FB page, like most businesses do. They don't ever post anything worth reading, just stupid little motivation quotes like this:

I keep thinking I can make it to 20mins on the ladder, but it ain't happening. Maybe next time. Been cutting the treadmill out, I may just do it a leg days. Overall I would say another outstanding workout!! I'm liking those rack pulls, you can really feel them a next day or two.

Bruised the shit out of my shoulder pinning tren. Left a knot that I massaged down a little, I may have just pushed to hard. It doesn't really bother me pinning ED. At first pinning reminded me of my days booting speed balls and it made me sick. But now I know that shit is in the past were it belongs.

I'm going to try and make some chili today. Pound and a half of 90/10 beef and a pound of ground turkey with black beans maybe a little bit of cornbread...man I love chili.

Hard to make chili look good. Its really good though, lb of ground turkey breast, 1-1/2 of 90/10 beef and just one can of black beans (I wanted it thick and meaty). The only problem was it didn't help my heartburn. But, no fucking way am I gonna let it go to waste. And I forgot to take a couple pills before I went to workout this morning, big mistake.

This morning was legs and abs. It was a battle...legs and heartburn, good thing I've been getting just enough sleep. Its always something on leg day, I sound like a bitch.

Another great workout, awesome pumps. Only those two kids in the gym, which was nice, took a min to get their annoying voices blocked out, but once I did it was go time.

Gotta cut grass later and its gonna be real hot (95°), actually I don't think the temp gonna drop below 85° the rest of the summer....Dog Days are here.:(

I had a couple headaches over the weekend that made me wanna bash my head with a hammer. Instead I chose to sit in the darkest place I could find, which was the closet. Took about 1 hr to go away both times.

Can't really think of anything else to add.

I always take my dog for a quick walk really early. I have seen a few shooting stars or falling stars, whichever term you prefer, saw another one this morning. Did you know: if a falling star survives impact with the Earth's surface, then it is called a meteorite. Anyway, they only last a fraction of a sec., but they're pretty cool to see. Guess I'm a dork!!:(

This morning workout was shoulders, forearms, and abs (sorta). Kept the reps high (12 or more) and weight moderate. I like training shoulders that way bc when I go heavy on any overhead press I don't like the way my shoulders track. It looks odd.

For some reason the pump in my calves was unbearable and I could only go 15mins. The pump I had in my shoulders was crazy as well, them bitches were on fire. Arms are still sore from yesterday...you know that feeling where its uncomfortable to straighten your arms...I like that.

I did notice when doing just the bar on behind the neck my shoulders are a whole helluva lot bigger than they were. I feel great, look a little soft in the mid section. Fucking PB, I should just stop buying it. Still holding water like a bitch.

Idk if there's a baseball fans, but this Mike Trout kid is going to be one of the best ball players ever. 23 y/o 6' 2" 235 can run like the wind, hit for avg and power. First player ever to win back to back All Star MVP's. If he stays healthy and out of trouble for the next 15-20yrs lots of records will be broken and the amount of $$ he's gonna make will be insane.

Man I hate NASCAR waste of oil imo. Lol Love baseball and football. But, its harder to watch football than baseball for me bc of the way football is so commercialized...gets annoying. Ya know.
