1. **Weekly Introduction:** Retratrutide should be injected once per week (Monday AM) starting at 2mg (Wks 1-4) and increasing to 4mg (Wks 5-8). Once at 4mg I will introduce new compounds if only a few

2. This is an 8-10 week cycle which I’m trying to burn the last 10-20 pounds of really stubborn fat and dry out before my upcoming bulk cycle
3. **T3 Management:** If heart palpitations become uncontrollable in Week 7-8 i plan to drop back to 1/2 pill for 2 days before resuming full dose or tapering off.
I also have a much bigger list of supplements I use ie omega 3, coq10, selenium, turmeric curcumin etc

My favorite part I'm trying to burn the last 10-20 lbs of stubborn fat. If you don't know whether the last bit of fat is 10-20 lbs you're just fat and not even at the stubborn fat yet.
