Read about beginner cycles for AAS. Use the search function and word it 100 different ways for 100s of different results. Study up, do immense amounts of research until your knowledgeable and content, then go. Afterwards keep learning always.

If thats the case you should break down your protocol and injury. its not so much "disagreeing" with it. there are certain cycles where individual preferences are the only point of critique (people running Sdrol/Tbol instead of anavar, people preferring DBol over anadrol, etc.)Fair points.
