I have been small my entire life. My parents are both under 5 feet and I turned out 4’8. Lately I’ve grown tired of being skinny and not feeling the best. Before quarantine I had put on around 4 pounds of muscle. I want to thicken up my entire lower half by around 15-20lbs.

I have looked into enhancement and am thinking of running a clen+ var+ albuterol stack. Have selected several options for labs and am narrowing down my options as I’m reading.

Looking forward to reading more and working towards my goals!

Just my .02...you need more time. Adding AAS right now seems way too early.

Assuming you ignore that, clen and albuterol shouldn’t be on the radar. I know they’re popular drugs for women starting. The tried and true option is anavar. At your weight, just 5mg should do quite a bit. And if you continue adding weight I wouldn’t even consider jumping to 10 on your first go. Remember that adding weight that stays requires eating for that goal.

@Eman @Mac11wildcat i have been hearing mixed information. I’ve been told that albuterol has some anabolic properties as well as clen. Since I’m still making newbie gains it was my thinking that adding them in the cycle would help put on more of a dry look.

I am open to advice really. I’m here just learning.

Clen and Albuterol do have anabolic properties but its more in the sense of muscle preservation. They're not going to fit in with your goals and, additionally, they're likely to give you hell with side effects. Both drugs are beta agonists, for all intents and purposes of this conversation I'm going to say they're essentially the same drug. They help increase your body's metabolic rate - something I don't think you're in any need to speed up. It's also common to get hand tremors and muscle cramps while taking them. I'm talking about hand tremors that can make it a pain in the ass to legibly sign your name on a piece of paper.

Anavar is an okay choice but I'm getting the impression that you're still very new to training overall. I'm not really against newbies using AAS to be honest, I think everyone should be able to use what they want to help them get to their goals.

So, with that all said, I would strongly encourage you to do two things regardless of whether you use AAS or not. 1) Begin a program and/or find a coach. This will give you the tools you need to set long term goals that will get you to where you want to be. Without this, you're selling yourself short. 2) See a nutritionist and/or begin a diet that puts you into a calorie surplus everyday. Honestly, I could have just skipped everything I just typed and said just this... That's how imperative this part is for the goals you've set. Honestly, you need nothing more than a calorie surplus but if you really want to use the anavar you'll have to make that decision on your own. However, anavar alone will not help you get to where you want to be without the calories to add weight and even if it did, you'd go right back to where you started. At your size, I assume that eating a lot of food is probably difficult for you but it's just like building muscle and strength... There are times where things get tough but, when you push through, your body will adapt and those big frequent meals will be a typical day for you. One more time, can't stress it enough: calorie surplus.

Probably starting a thread in the new member intro section would be a better start than in another person's thread?
