9 month cycle recovery results with bloods

Disclaimer: Yes I was stupid abusing AAS for this length of time. This post is not to validate my actions, but rather to show anyone else who may have fucked up that they can recover.

I started my third cycle Sept 3 2019 with 500 mg test pw and 50 anadrol. Worked up to 100 mg anadrol by week 5. Hoped off adrol, kept at 500 test until week 8, then bumped test to 600 mg pw through week 12.

Mistake #1: Unhappy with my bf% I lengthened my cycle to 22 weeks, cutting weeks 13-22 @ 300mg pw. Although, by cutting I really mean dieting 5-6 days at a time followed by being an undisciplined idiot and taking large to massive weekly cheats, especially during the holiday season. So I made slight progress.

Mistake #2: Being slightly leaner now by mid Feb, I said lets run 500 mg pw of test again for 6 weeks (weeks 23-28) and see if i can throw some muscle on after being in a caloric "restriction" the last 10 weeks. Stupid, I know

Mistake #3 (the final mistake): Looking better, but still not happy with leanness for all the time spent on cycle. Said fuck it, lets finish my vials. Weeks 29-35 ran test from 300 mg pw down to 200 mg pw while dieting. Shed some lbs and finished my very long abusive dumb ass cycle.

During this time, I ran HCG every week from week 3 onward at 500-700 iu's pw. Also ran aromasin at various amounts.

PCT: was going to do 8 weeks, ended up at 4 (I forget what swayed my mind) ran clomid 100/50/50/25 and nolva at 40/40/20/20 with 3 grams DAA weeks 1-4. First 2 weeks post pct, I was having great hard ons and mentally feeling great. Right now, at start of week 5 post pct I feel amazing all around with occasional morning wood (havent had daily morning wood since maybe 16)

Bloods posted below. Overall, very happy I with recovery. I know you should wait 8 weeks post PCT for bloods, but still. My test levels shouldnt drop more than 200 over the next 4 weeks, so I will be in a great place compared to my first ever bloods in the 400s. Please guys don't be an idiot like me. Cant stress this enough but dont start a bulking cycle WHEN ABOVE 15%. Unless you could care less about pussy, you will hate your look. Taking a year off and going to slowly cut down to 10-12%, whatever I can get naturally, before running a 16 weeker in June (4-6 week cut to really get LEAN and then bulk 10-12)

How much are you weighing? Are you lean? If you're in good shape, take your own advice bro.
Weighing 212. Slowly started lowering calories this Monday. Probably around 15-17%. Vascular arms and solid cuts in legs, as well as a thin waist for my size (I have a clear V taper) but I hold all my fat on my stomach. I’d say I’m 6-10 lbs away from having visible abs with minimal or no flexing. If you saw me with a shirt on you would think I have abs is what I’m trying to say. Finally fixed all my issues eating wise, as I haven’t had a day of eating over my allotted calories in the last 7 weeks.

Those are great numbers for having treated your body so badly.

I'm one to speak, I'm 100 Test lower than you off cycle lol.

I'll be getting aggressive with my PCT after my next run.
Going to blast HCG all cycle.
Aromasin will be my BFF for this one.
