Hi
just finishing up late December on my current cycle,
64 yo
BF 9%
H 5'6'
BP 135/78
RHR 68
Recent labs okayish with elevated E2 ,liver markers elevated because of an oral push to push through the next weeks. Goal to add more lean mass.

Current Cycle PW
575 Test C
500 Primo
240 NNP
100mg of TNE pw

proposed next 16 week cycle, would be the same but swap out primo with EQ, both work for me with at keeping E2 down, I'm a heavy aromatizer.
the only consideration I have about using EQ is that I heard that some people get some funky mental side effects?

I started out about 10 months ago at 195, 27% bf so been working hard. unfortunately I have an old torn bicep injury and a little saggy skin form the weight loss
I a lot love from the members in the begining and working with a great coach
So for now progress has been good.

Crazy amount of gear for 176lbs and age man
Hi, we didn't get there overnight, labwork, trainings, diet, rest all baby steps. I actually am thankful that I can handle the drug part, amd good genes for training.
My coach writes the protocols and we go from there. Depends on goals. I see so many guys my age and terrible shape at the gym just around and even guys that are younger than me my hopes are that it could be inspiring for them . at these later ages in life we're not trying to be 25 again but we can be the best version of ourselves and enjoy our later years without being crippled.

Man nobody at any age on this earth needs 1.5g of gear at 176 body weight. If everything else is “baby steps” why go nuclear with the gear?

Im not trying to be rude, this is just my honest opinion, so please don’t take it as an attack. The amount of muscle you have simply doesnt merit that amount of anabolic steroids. I think you can be the best version of yourself and inspire people to be their best versions without necessarily leaning on the AAS so hard. Obviously you should do what you want, but since you asked for feedback thats what I think.

For 64 you look great, being active, body building, enjoying life and staying healthy already would do that honestly. EQ can give weird blood assay results RBC, HTC, blood cell/platelet sizes and mess with some guys mood, but for some it largely side effect free.

Agree with this. Dude is right why push so much gear? Maybe run test/primo, test/mast, or if you can handle a nor 19 run test/npp. At doses like 300/200. Would be way easier on your body and at your size still add muscle and stay lean. You look good man don’t beat on the body to bad.

I’ve really grown to love bodybuilding—not just the results, but the lifestyle, discipline, and everything that comes with it. Not long ago, I got serious about taking things to the next level. I already had a solid foundation, but I knew I needed guidance if I wanted to go far, so I hired a professional coach. That’s where my current protocol came from.

Originally, my goal was to see if I could step on stage within about two years. I knew it would require a huge commitment—and I’ve been fully willing to make it. I’m passionate about learning and doing things the right way, especially when it comes to health and longevity.

That said, I’d love to hear your feedback from experienced competitors and coaches regarding a responsible approach moving forward?
