Been working out for years (12). Don't need help with diet, training, cycels, dosages, etc.

NEED HELP WITH SLEEP! Lately I can't get a full 8, more like 4-6 TOPS. I am pissed and I want to stick a fork into my ear and twist it around.

Any suggestions from some experienced bros?

HAHAHA....dont do that bro, ouch! I used to have the same problem and it got very frustrating. Now, I see alot of people post that AST GABA is shit, but honestly, for me, it puts me to sleep in about 45 minutes and I never wake up during the night...I guess people just react differently to it. I always wake up refreshed. There are alot of other brands out there. I saw a post the other day and it looked like people were jumpin all over it. I have tried melatonin, but it doesnt do anything for me. So, I would say, find a good brand of GABA, and consume it about and hour before you go to sleep, then about 15 min before bed, drink a good nighttime protein shake. This method always works for me, and it helps retain glycogen levels throughout the night. Good luck bro, hope this helped.

Try melatonin about 30 minutes before bed. My doc recommends it as a "powerful anti-oxidant", and it absolutely knocks me out. For others, it doesn't do anything, but for me, it's just as good as an ambien or a xanax.
 
Yep, I was going to say those two Melatonin, and the GABA... Or, try a big glass of warm milk.. It worked as a kid, you just need a bigger glass now.. haha

another cool benefit of GABA (if you see it as one) is EXTREMELY colorful dreams. Not sure why it does it, but its always had that effect on me. and now that im usin gear, the dreams are gettin pretty naughty. im assuming its hormone levels. good luck!
 
valerian root is another herbal remedy, and 5htp is good as well. nothing works for me except Nyquil, 100mg of suspension ed keeps me sleepless some nights. and soaking wet at all times in bed. i have to wash my sheets everyday, i'm in hell. niko
