A few weeks in- next step question

And if your doing that many exercises and reps in one gym session..... damn dude..... you are working hard...... for no results. And if u are progressively overloading and training for two years. U shouldn't be on baby weights.
Did you read what I said? I said I rotate the sets and do 4 of those workouts per muscle group in a day, not all of them. What’s your IQ?

Yes you’re consistently not eating in a calorie deficit, that much is obvious. What do you not understand? It doesn’t matter if you only eat 93/7 beef and eggs if you eat in a calorie surplus you WILL gain weight
It’s a deficit. My kcal should be 2100 and I average 1743z that’s called a deficit genius

My guy. I am so sorry. Keep being fat. Keep lying to yourself and others. Most of us wanted to help. But as previously mentioned, something wrong with u. I will cheer u on and wish u the best. Let us know when u have new and improved body photos amd what u changed to get there.

Dude

You are all over the place

Lets break this down super easy

Go back to your pictures, and circle one part of your body that looks like you have ever lifted weights

Then try to find one part of your body that isn't fat and circle that

Then circle the part that required you to start test, npp, mast and hgh because you had developed it so much that the only way to improve it was to start a steroid cycle

Post your circled pics so we can all see where you are right and we are wrong.

Ok I think we are getting somewhere and ill try to be as polite as possible. Your exercise routine is very low resistance.

To put that into perspective, most of your workout weights are less than what I used to do my 1st year of weight training in high school... by a lot.

Your leg workout is less than what my 130lb wife does. Actually 230lb leg press (assuming 35-40ish degree angle) is about what my 10 year old son uses. Mind you I am not a body builder, I am old, and I have knee problems, and even I use 1100-1200lb for sets on the leg press and thats no where near what I did when i was younger.

You need more resistance pretty much on everything except maybe core. I do work core every workout day and I do a lot body weight stuff and it has served me well. But even then im using decline benches be it sit ups or crunches. I do go heavier once or twice a week and do situps with a 45lb plate on the 30 degree decline.

Again Im not trying to insult or anything. I just want to give some perspective. That level of resistance is not going to build much.

Cardio- 20 min incline treadmill, 11/3.3
Then abs, then another 20 min of the same. Weights- see the pics. I rotate exercises but do 3-4 per day, I didn’t feel like typing it all out. It’s all progressive overload over time though. Usually sets of 10-12. There’s absolutely no trolling going on, I promise you that. One guy said I eat healthy foods but I eat too high of fat and said because of ground beef (93% lean) and eggs? But…..I’m not buying that. As you can see, just about everything anyone has called me out for on here, I can back up. So I honestly don’t know either man. I’m sure I can get my gut to go away, it just doesn’t happen overnight. The Reta and HGH are helping though, I can notice that. View attachment 372113View attachment 372114View attachment 372115
Have you improved at any of these lifts during tracking progress? Have you always done high volume? Have you tried dialing BACK the training into something you can master and improve at instead of just survive to come back and try to kill yourself the next day? You should consider a trainer to get some professional perspective.

Please keep an open mind that what you’re doing doesn’t seem to be working and until you have something working well(progress is being made somewhere) it seems like a mistake to get on a multi compound cycle.

And get your estrogen checked you’re mighty emotional about this.
