A little help with Albuterol and Ketotifen?

Albuterol's profile says that with Ketotifen you don't need to increase the dose, what I am not sure about is what's the dose that we are talking about exactly.

The dose is 2-4 mg taken three to four times per day, which could be anything from 6-8mg daily to 12-16mg daily.

So with Ketotifen which one should be the ideal dose?

Bonus question: Do you take it with caffeine like you do with Ephedrine?

Bonus question first. YES! Caffeine is a great choice with albuterol to help promote fat loss.

I am not sure I understand 100% what your question is. Are you asking what dose of albuterol to take or what dose of keto to take? If you dont have keto you can use benadry instead.

Okay, I see. I can only tell you what I have done from experience. Hopefully someone more experienced can help you further.

When I had my wife on 16mg/600mg caffeine per day I had her take either 1 ketotifen or 1 benadryl before bed.

I don’t know what minimum dose of albuterol would require the use of ketotifen.
