We're so obsessed about how we look that sometimes we forget what really matters in life.
Last Friday i lost a true friend too soon to a tragic accident, he was the same age as me. Today was my first workout since then and it sucked.
5 sets of incline bench and 4 sets of decline and i was done, i literally had no strength which is fucked up considering the gear im on. Came home and knocked out 6 sets of pushups by force, 4 sets of situps and 3 sets on the ab roller.
This week and next is gonna be tough but i need to grit my teeth and push through it. Needless to say my calorie intake has taken a nosedive over the weekend but you know what, some things are more important, i will get back on track soon.
I'm really sry bro.
