I'am 30 years old, and from Denmark.. Work as locksmith/welder and train powerlifting. So i'am lifting iron all damn day.!! :drooling:

Lift:
Squat : 308lb/140kg
Deadlift: 400lb/185kg
Bench: 286lb/130kg
Coming off a 12 weeks quadriceps tendon injury now. Fun fu*%&#g times.!! Been using quadriceps tendon training, in the Leg Press. Sloooow down and slooow up. zzzzzz
And acupuncture is working like a miracle.
Anybody have so tricks for this injury.???
