thanks for the dawn dish soap tip. After only one application my arms and shoulders are clearing up nicely. Seems to be an oil issue.
Well the dawn took care of it. Ill probably start bringing it with me to the gym so I can shower with it too. Such a simple fix to acne issues

No problem im just glad some of the pro bb'er shared the info. At first I was not to sure. But since I started using it a world of difference. Im glad I could share the info with my brothers.

It's simply a detergent, soap if you will. They use it on birds contaminated by oil spills. The only problem you may encounter is if you don't do a thorough rinsing and the residue dries, you will have itchy skin for a few hours.

Lol I remember. When I could drink with the best of them. Then when I got older I could not. I would have blackouts and do stupidthings. Thats when I decided to but the bottle down for ever. Just not worth it and it would take a week to recover. Fuck that. Im must be getting old.
