My only problem with most keto recipes I've come across....all have cheese in them.
I don't eat cheese unless it's on pizza
I'm sure you can figure out a way to substitute another fat for the cheese.

Not to dick up this thread, but.....lolI'm sure you can figure out a way to substitute another fat for the cheese.
How about this....
1.) Fat bomb coffee
Avocado oil
Olive oil
Grass fed butter
Coconut oil
Creamer
*500 calories of healthy fats*
These are great healthy fats. I like to put real butter in my coffee
I also learned about healthy fats because of @HuckingFuge. Alot of good suggestions here. Appreciate it all
What is fat bomb coffee?
Mine are almost exactly the same every time. I get worried that i should donate blood. Then i read 5 different things here, guys that feel better after they donate, then 2 others say it's not necessary (i think huck is one of the later) i go through it every time i get bloods. My results are coming in any day, i bet i go through it again.Im reviewing my lab printout and was wondering:
Red blood cell count is 6.62 (range 4.2-5.8)
Hematocrit 53 (range 38.5-50)
They dont look much out of range but what can a seasoned eye tell me about these? Also, any other very important signs on my labs I should be concerned with?
I never thought of that, it's a really good point. Does activity level invalidate the range or is that accounted for?I'm keeping my blood and my AAS for myselfI don't get anal about a bunch of made up numbers. you got to remember these number are for couch potatoes.
I get headaches when my crit goes over 52... I donate, no more headaches. To each his own. You won't die. Yet.Mine are almost exactly the same every time. I get worried that i should donate blood. You can buy a BP machine at Walmart very reasonable. I bought one, and it allows me to try different supplements and such to see what helps my BP on cycle.@vgc you know...im really bad about it. I get busy and forget to when im at sams or the dr office. I gotta get on top of it tho. If I dont pass next months physical I dont work.
Otherwise I feel fine. Not the slightest sign of high bp. I haven't donated at all since starting trt last year or any of my 2 cycles
