A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

Now I have a question on the 2x protein thing. Do you go by your body weight or your target body weight?
 
So I been off cycle for a week now. Letting diet slide a tad. Need a breather break. Getting ready for my cut here in may. I dropped my protein intake a tad. Only about 400g a day and cals are down to about 4-4.5 k. Feels good for now. Ill slowly start tapering down closer I get to my actual cut. Then its on!

More hammer curls. Damn wrist!
120x10, 120x10, 120x9, 100x8, 80x8

Static holds upon failure last 2 sets of hammer curls.

All sets in workout done quickly except flat and incline presses. I took about 3 minutes in between sets so I could try to keep my strength. With the hammer curls I move quickly to force the bicep to work because they are a muscle group that can take a ton of load to break them down. Im hoping I can build odie like girth in my biceps this way.

Oh ya

Leg raises 5 sets of 20 for 100 reps total

Slimming a little about 259-260 now. Due to calorie cut. Look and feel good

I actually love it crazy as it is. We used to PT real early. I used to run the drills and cadence. Me and the boys. I miss that the most. The early ass mornings when the grass was still wet. Going out and doing drills, 5k. What ever I felt like doing really. This is the closest thing. Gotta exercise that warrior spirit!

Im the same way. Im still in and I get up before PT to hit the iron, then do that. Between work and family its the only time I can get it in.

Yeah my last blast I did 2 a days. this one I'm just hitten it hard in the evenings right before the crowd gets there. Started FST-7 with my own twist Monday. ( Johnny and Brutus style shit) It's good shit. I'm off cycle right now and that shit got me looking full and rounded.

Anyways fuck mornings right now. Been there done that.

I dont think I could benefit from 2 a days. Unless your just talking about pumping. Then thats different. But I definitely could NOT do 2 regular workouts In one day. Id be overtrained before wednesday

Yeah it wasn't 2 full blown workouts a day. In the mornings I would go light with LOTS of reps on my bowflex and Dumbbells and in the evenings I would go heavy. After 3 months though I didn't have any gas in the tank and it started to effect my job. I don't think I could of done it with out the tren. And at first the dbol preworkout is what got me through the evening workouts

After my last experience with dbol I think ill just leave it. Yes it does give you energy and good pumps but it effects me and my ab routine badly. I couldnt get thru any crunches or leg raises with out it cramping and feeling like my stomach was gonna tear open. That combined with the fact orals are NOT good long term I find it easy to pass on the dbol from now on

Amen men brother. I'm done with it to. I just got the hook up on pharmaceutical anavar and I'm going with that this next one. Dbol killed my workouts and gave me the worst pumps. I could hardly do anything because my shoulders were constantly on fire.

Maybe your right...

Im just burnt out. My usual 5 hours a night has worn me thin. I prep for a 0300 wake up every day. Hit the gym then off to work till about 1800-2000. The gear whilst on cycle keeps me plenty energized but now its like...fuck this lol. I skipped today. Alot of it is laziness. Ill be honest.

I cant wait till this next cutting phase. I wanna be energized cuz im gonna hit it hard and fast. Tren should be an interesting experience to say the least. Im ready to lose this belly for good.

hey notits, we should make pathetic sad looking before pics. Push my belly out for effect. Then take finished pics 8 weeks later. Itll look even more impressive. Im also gonna look in to bennys suggestion of calipers and where i should measure. Maybe that should give me a solid idea where i stand
