Shooting videos I believe is always a good way to keep a close eye on your technique. It helps so much in being able to make those minor adjustments in form if you don't have an experienced spotter to watch an help critique!The more I look at the video I see a flaw in my technique. That being my torso is too far forward. I should have more posture leaning back and that would have prevented the failed rep

When i can squat, the further back i lean, the less strain on my lower back (obviously) and the more quad activation i get.The more I look at the video I see a flaw in my technique. Ya lol. It never felt heavy till my lower back was compromised then It all hit like a ton of bricks. I was so fuckin mad I threw my hatYou owned that 425 like nobodies business. You have 455 coming real soon. Like others have said, you have the strength, it's just minor tweaks in form now. I give you this, your setting down of the 455 was a lot tamer then when I did it lol. I all but face planted when I got too far forward and dumped it on the safety bars.
