I dont really want to touch 280 but now with this hunger strike im on it looks like thats whats going to happen. Im pulling out all stops
 
Guess ill start upping carbs. My protein intake is already high.

Any body know how much some one my size can actually absorb and use (protein)?
I'm getting away with murder on the carbs right now. I keep my protien 2g/lb. Also making sure i stay in a positive nitrogen balance! Especially during sleep with slow release protien, casein.

Absorption isn't so much the issue really. Whether you drink it or eat it in whole foods it won't matter, all of it will get absorbed.

Macros will not just disappear, there are however different mechanisms the body has to excrete things that are supplied in excess.

The issue with excess protein consumption is that excess Amino Acid's can not be stored for later use once your needs have been met. At a certain point your body will no longer utilize the AA's you are consuming from protein, and since amino acids can't be stored for later use they become deanimated by the liver and excreted.

When AA's are consumed in excess they can also be converted to glucose (glucogenic amino acids).

So at a certain point excess protein will just get converted to glucose through GNG / gluconeogenesis. It then becomes pretty inefficient to consume so much protein.

If you are getting in enough protein to build muscle already then I would invest any additional calories into carbs so you can get a better performance boost in the gym.
 
How are you likin the deca? Or too soon to tell?
Well the extreme hunger pains has to be the deca. Test alone doesnt do that to me. Nasty dark red pimples on arms and shoulders. They wont go away no matter what. Libido is fine. All in all probably a little too soon to tell

Oh I like the way deca draws up. Its been brewed with MCT. Makes it thin oil and draws up fast
 
Shake I make is cup of PB, half cup of oats, one banana, five scoops of whey, and I also through in two table spoons of unflavored fiber and two table spoons creatine powder. This gives two shakes, over 1500 cals each with about 95g of protien. Maybe you should add something like this, if not already doing it.

Forgot to mention, four cups of whole milk

Id have to take a drive to my barn. Where I got my non road legal full time off-road rig. lockers front and rear. Dana 80 in rear dana 60 in front. 39" irok and 460 turning 4.88

Btw I recognize those pine trees. Gives me a damn good idea where you could be. How much you pay for the ol deuce?

Your off road rig sounds like my M1008(Chevy K30) lifted 8" sporting Hmmv beadloc run flats with Wrangler 37" radials.
Bought my deuces when military was still liquidating them. Have paid 2500-4k. The real monsters I don't have pics of with me. That's the newer 5 Ton M923 series with the 48" super singles. I look down at semi drivers when they go by lol.
