A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

Beef comes in at 70cals an ounce. There is NO room for that in 3000cals. None.

Look at my meal plan and tell me where there's room for that. I'm already at the cleanest highest protein intake that a 3k call diet will allow. Beef has no part sadly.

My rice is the only source of carbs and only takes up a measly 160 cals out of the plan. Usually 1 or 2 bananas. A banana is 100 cals. So a whopping 360 cals daily of some thing OTHER than protein. That means the rest is ALL protein.

Chicken comes in at 35 cals an ounce and fish even better at 25 cals an ounce. These are the two options other than powder. Beef has no place in this diet

Todays my carb re-feed and I have accomplished my goal of a 3lb weight loss this week , arms/calves are still close to the same size. I try not to lose more than 3lbs/wk . Total now 189.8lbs ~Ogh

3lbs per week is my sweet spot after i drop all the water. I can stay strong this way with lots of protein and low carbs making sure fats are on point.

6oz of a sirloin is ~400 calories and 46g protein. Add in a bell pepper that's 24 calories and 6 carbs. Include a giant spinach salad 2-3 cups of spinach with a little dressing and you have a meal that's under 500 calories, almost 50g protein and 8 carbs.
I do think the 30g of carbs everyday is a little low, I'd cut a little fat and add a few more carbs. You will need those carbs to lift, otherwise you're going to feel like shit
 
Appreciate all the advice. My arms have grown a 1/4" and I haven't worked out in 2 days. That means I'm now 1/4 shy of 19's. All done on a cutting diet and lowered protein.

I think we can all agree that fats are good and high protein is better but I don't seem to be having a problem gaining when I'm losing. In fact I'm coming out way ahead on this one.

I'm still tinkering with the diet but I'm doing a pretty good job with only 3k cals. I'm gonna invest in some Swiss cheese thx OGH
 
I dont go for strict keto diets anymore (<40gms/carbs), they are brutal . Instead I try for under 100gms a day for carbs . This makes it alot easier and its just as effective (for me)

Considering the average Americans diet is over 400-500gms a day for carbs , 100 is a huge change (and shock) to the average American "fatbody" .

But the average person also has a hardtime wrapping their minds around fat as a energy source , its foreign to most of us . I was a doubter in the beginning too , but I always say trust science , it works , its proven and and its the best thing us humans have going for us ....

Preacher curls with cambered bar

Cable hammer curls

5 sets Of each exercise in a superset makes 15 sets bi and 15 sets tri

4 sets 45 lb plate shrugs

I always give my other parts the red carpet for growth but out of habit of many years of really neglecting them they get put to the end of the line.

I really have to do twice a day 's to get them both in
 
Well another thing to look forward to then. I actually like that feeling I get when I eat a meal that has carbs and the Tren makes me flushed and sweaty. It's just a reminder that my body is going in full beast mode. My Tren is kicking in strong past couple days and I fucking love it!!!
 
I recently had my first negative on tren. Busy unloading my trailer. Not real hot out as it was early in the day. When I was done I looked like I ran a few miles. I was dizzy I guess you could call it. Pretty flush too. I found it odd. I slammed some Mt dew and some doritos and was g2g. Weird? Almost like low blood sugar? idk
 
You're in for more of that. I had spell of that Friday, and got the winded dizzy feeling doing curls. I slammed a Gatorade and that helped some. You will get winded doing simple things though, just part of it. I'm making a point this time to do 30 mins of cardio every work out night to try and keep some of my endurance.
