A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

I mentioned this yesterday. Start the day with a HUGE breakfast. It sets the tone for the rest of the day. Tren makes you eat every 2 hours and if you had a big breakfast then you have decent size meals through out the day. Also if I'm hot then I can't enjoy my food and I won't eat as much. According to my scale this morning im up 13 lbs on the fina
 
I'm actually experimenting by fasting longer in between meals. Letting my next meal become more anabolic and making my body function on less and utilize more. With the help of tren of course

I hear ya -- I think the drug likes it this way too . It becomes more efficient . Amazing.

Another thing , Ive gained 3 lbs and I was undereating . I have a hardtime believing this is muscle , this soon . But its not water or fat ...

Theres no way I can eat a 10-egg Cyclops omelet ! Id gag ...lol

5-6 eggs is my limit . Im mixing up a whey shake to compensate ...

For example yesterday I only had 3 meals.

4 eggs, blueberry bagel, oj

2 big ass turkey sando, chips

Bottle of wine

1 pound burger with all the fixins and sweet tea

This is NOT typical of me or my everyday diet but I am experimenting as I like to always do!

The protein requirements are not where they should be and by the laws and everything I've come to know about building muscle I should be shriveling...but I'm not.

Today I'm gonna refeed. So watch the fuck out. Got a 10 oz slab of beef on the griddle now and some stuffed shells coming. It's Sunday bros. ENJOY

No. I caught up on alot of sleep yesterday. Sleeping curbed my appetite plus tren

I took my truck in for service cuz that goddam thief back in the winter stole alot of my good tools. Good tools I need. The bastards tricked me in for a test drive of a raptor and before you know it I almost signed on the dotted line for a $60,000 debt. I was awe struck I guess. Awesome awesome machine! Really stressed me out. That may of had some thing to do with it. Hell the wife wouldn't even talk to me she was so pissed

Damn im sorry to hear about your bad luck man. Hope things get better for ya though. Ya its hard to have an appetite when your stressing like that for sure. Fuckin worthless ass thieves make me sick. Always trying to get something for nothing off of someone that actually puts in work for the shit he has. He'll eventually get what he deserves in the end an lets hope its some much needed jail time for the that loser.
 
Yep i went through the same thing. I knew exactly what I wanted and researched for 3 months on who was the cheapest to get it from. I went to 3 dealerships and with all 3 of them I was sitting down to do the paperwork and when they said 555.00 a month for the next 5 years I couldn't do it. If I didn't have all the expensives I already have then maybe. I was sick and stressed out about it for months. So glad I didn't do it. Fucked my credit up for a while cause all 3 of those dealerships ran a hard credit on me and so did my bank.

Quite literally can't BEAT it.

Even tho the upcoming raptor will be more powerful with the 3.5 tt ecoboost. What's not to love about the 6.2? 400+ horsepower and 400+ torque. Sounds mean too even with stock pipes. Finished 1st in the baja even as a stock truck. All I can say ford is on a roll

I know ram has a very expensive kit you can buy to turn your 1500 in to a "ram runner" BUT it's not stock nor affordable. GM was supposedly having a prototype diesel in the works but in so far is all talk. Toyota or nissan doesn't have anything in the ballpark.

Standing barbell curls. Went real heavy sets of 6 till I couldn't any more

Used the last of the fibres on light dumbbell curls.
