How large a capacity can you get those?
I just have 1ml. I was pre loading 10 at a time. I got a got box of them at least as big as a shoe box for 17$ must be 1000 in there.
You may be able to find larger capacity @Benny
Back in the day we would shoot dope with them, we called them 'darts' lol
 
Feel terrible ATM. Sitting in my truck with the seat reclined as my back is tighter than a jews wallet.

Attempted 10x10 squats with 315. Made it to set 4 when my back tapped out. Legs were still begging for more. Really sad and it pisses me off.

Limped over to leg ext and did 6 sets of 10 failing each set as punishment.

Then donkey calf raises 3 sets 90x30.

Alot of pain ATM. Not cool

Damn truck I'm sorry to hear that man. Take it easy bro an get some rest. Give it some time to heal. Don't wanna aggravate it anymore than it already is. Might go see a chiropractor if it don't get better an get some x-rays. Although hopefully it will work itself out. Take care big guy.
 
I know what it is. I've been contemplating giving up squats because of it. The only reason I haven't is because it's such an important movement.

Try using a hack squat machine for a while , takes alot of the pressure off the traps and you can really develop the tear drop w/ the hacksquat . You could always do Smith squats for a while too, theres no shame in this ....

Your right. Hack squats are less caustic to the lower back. I've implemented them before. But barbell squats are still king shit for mass. And I LIKE mass
 
I can't hack squat that much either. Kinda embarrassing. I think the last time I used 90 lb each side and went low low low. They tore me up real good. Quite an exercise


Thats what I start with after warm-ups, 180lbs and only go to about 260lbs . I think 260lbs is actually around 315lbs or more . I read that the carriage weighs 55 lbs and to add that to the total poundage. Thats why everything seems so heavy on the hack.
 
I had this Spanish Dude come up to me today in between my sets and in very broken English tried to tell me I look scary. Made my day. It's funny when they try to put English together. I always think it means more.

I think he tried to ask me for advice. I told him how much cals and protein I eat to keep it simple for him. As I'm sure some got lost in translation. Alot of crazy new attention recently. Ya know I should probably learn Spanish now that I'm down here as my french Canadian doesn't do me much good any more. I could of confused him more by switching between French and english. That might of blew his mind:confused:
