Alright boys. This log is over effective immediately

I more than met my goals on the last push for my 9 day goal. Opened up the cal count and gained 10 pounds in that time frame.

Im going to be enjoying my off cycle time as I've pushed very hard. Back to a bulk on trt for now. Maybe some pure strength training in my future. A big push to 500 on bench and a 500+ squat sounds like a nice goal.

Im going to be around just not as much as usual here going forth. Some of you have other means of contacting me and you know who you are ;) . Feel free to do so.
