AAS and speed training questions

I am an athlete who is trying to achieve some speed training does anyone have any imput on taining techniques or what to do. by the way i am currently on a cyp/tren cycle 3 weeks in. any input or opinions would be apriciated. i know that the aas will help strengh but will that carry over and benefit my runing speed?

Hey Bro,
you definitley need to say exactly what kind of speed for what part of what sport. If it's running check out charlie francis' web site. Also check out joe defrancos training and west side methods.
Bottom line is strength and speed are related but you'll need to be training right. Nervous system stimulation must be high and you must continue to practice the technincal aspects of whatever it is you need to be faster at.

let me get this straight. your on a 3 week cycle and dont know how to train? and instead of asking these questions ahead of time you just started poking away?

Sorry cuzz its for football so i'm not to worried we'll say about bulk its not like I'm a cross county runner or sumtin. Its more toward quik burst of elposive speed. just for fyi i am a DE
 
yo P-dog i dont think so bro. I know how to train and i aint just start pokin. and i aint say i am on a three week cylce i said i am three weeks in to it. and dude was just askin the people of this board if the aas will help in the speed area or for any input so if all you wanna do is act supperier take a hike cuz. casue you aint addin no input just being a lil prick
 
Cyp was my test of choice while playing...

Flexibility is key. Get after those Olympic lifts, keep up the agility/footwork, and just keep sprinting.
