AAS knots/lumps

About 2 years ago I used some gear that never seemed to dissolve. Formed into lumps in the glutes. Each about the size of a golf ball in the fat tissue, painless, right at the injection sites.. They're super hard, I've tried everything to get rid of them. I have surgery scheduled for the end of January to have them cut out.
Has anyone ever dealt with this and found any way to get rid of them without surgery? Heat pads, foam rolling, massage gun, peptide injections, kenalog injections, and nothing. I'm out of ideas.
Thanks!

So these were not IM injections?

Nah your doctor is right on this. Needs to be cut out. And any messing around with it whether by injecting into it out manually trying to break it up will only make it worse. Sounds like a loculation of some sort that hardened but whatever your doctor told you it is I'm sure it is.

Dr thinks they're Lipomas. He sad the only resolution is surgery. I have never heard of anyone getting these from gear. New to me.

I had a dog who had them. Very common in dogs. Benign and non-cancerous. It was fine to let them be but obviously you're not a dog lol
