Blood work planned for Tuesday to see where I stand. Lifting history: lifting since 15 when I was in football I fell in love with the iron. Did p90x for 3 years after that as my dad told me it would be best. Got my first gym membership on my 19th birthday. Dicked around a bit until I met a local bodybuilder and strongman who took me under his wing and set me up with a program(bodybuilding) did this pretty much bro split until I was 21 and met a roommate who did powerlifting. He taught me how to create my program after I expressed great interest in the sport. We did a meet together and I took second overall by wilks and second in my category. Since then I have been running a modified lillibridge program busting my ass with a few injuries here and there but I can not complain where I am at now just striving to get better.
As far as strengths and weaknesses are concerned I am very proud of my dedication to the Iron. Great at showing up and beating the shit out of it day in and day out. My weaknesses are primarily mental. I really need to let a lot of stuff go because working through it isn't working. I want to and will improve all of my numbers for lifts. My lockout is god awful and I'm slow off the floor in my deadlift. I need to learn that off days are actually beneficial and utilize them.

If you have mental issues you should not even be using AAS at all. Come on now.
