What gets me is I knew of these issues and my rep as well and we went through processes the whole time with her even doing the fingers crossed for mine to be good. She new of these issues, we communicated well about them.
Before I purchased it she said let's wait until you get the raws and see what happens and then if issues happen we will discuss compensation then.
Well I got the the final process, for me it was filtration, but now I get told by @AASraw rep, further investigation is needed because no other issues like this has been reported.
They don't make things right for us here, we can march over to PM and blow their thread up and every other board they are on!
I believe that in case my issue doesn't get resolved, as I don't know the economical damage of yours but mine is quite a big number, @MESO-Rx Administrator will have a very interesting time hearing all about it and I don't think he will let it slide the same as he wasn't going to before when another source came here complaining of having a huge issue with @AASraw
Mine at the moment is well over 5x the previous one.
Again I'll give them time to make it right and if they will, I'll be a man of my word and be back here to give a positive feedback at least about them keeping their words.
If not, I'll join you in any forum they are to show with solid proof about how they do business.
I just want what I'm owed, nothing more nothing less.
