Ab Help

Alright Im 19 5'7" about 180lbs and pretty lean. I am pretty built and everything looks good but the abs. Looking for a routine to get them into shape. I was looking at something where I hit them 2 or 3 times a day as well as running 2 times a day. If someone could give some advice of some simple but effective abs workouts for my 3 sessions daily that would be Extremely helpful.

If you have abs but just can't see them I high number of reps plus cardio with a clean diet will help bring them out. Now if you just don't have large abs do weighted decline situps and leg lifts. The only way to truely see you abs will be to have a clean diet with your BF any where from 8-10%. I start seeing my abs around 13%BF.Abs are like any other mucsle, they need rest to grow. So hit them 2-3 times per week, good luck.
