about 2+ months off gear but hormones still low

Usually 3 months on 3 months off but this cycle yes 4 on 3 off. Is that not enough?

Bloods came back and everything looks good besides my Test, LH, FSH, and E2

Time on cycle should equal time off. Which there are exceptions to the rule of course like nandrolone like @dr.jim mention. Your time off will be longer due to metabolites etc. the key is to get your blood back to baseline before next cycle.

If your bloods haven’t gone back to baseline as in your original bloods before touching steroids then you should remain off till body rebalances itself.

If you continually cycle without fully recovering you will see each time your bloods before cycle become lower and lower. This eventually leads to trt whatever other issues that could evolve.

When you say bloods return to baseline do you mean red blood counts go back to normal from how it was pre cycle bloods?

So I got my Blood work done yesterday and all my hormones are still low. I did PCT and gave myself about 5 to 6 weeks before doing bloods again but hormones are still very low. LH, Testosterone, E2, and FSH

I thought after PCT your hormones are suppose to bounce back to the normal natty range.

Is anyone experiencing this after cycle?

You think my clomid and nolvadex is fake?

Will my natural hormones bounce back or am I fucked for life and need trt?

Thanks

Don't worry that hormonal indicators are low. You cycle was too long, you need rest. I would recommend another pct. At the beginning of the cycle, put HCG injections of 1000-1500 every other day. After a week or 10 days, you start drinking clomid. After 2 weeks you can do lab tests and, depending on the indicators, reduce the dosage. The pct ends when your own testosterone has bounced back. also during the whole pct, drink Tribulus 2000mgc every day.
All this needs to be done if you plan to take a break from the steroid course for 8-12 months. Otherwise, there is no point in recovering, as the indicators will fall again with the start of the next cycle.

Aren’t you a source? Get back to your thread and don’t venture out again.

4 cycles

I don’t cruise. Just 500/week of Test E Monday and Thursday with primo 800/week

Every cycle is test E and primo and var. only difference is each cycle I increase the primo.

So this cycle primo 800/week was the most I have done.

This previous cycle I did 16 weeks

All other cycles were 12 weeks

I started PCT 21 days after last pin

This previous cycle PCT looks like this;
Week 1 clomid 100mg
Nolvadex 40mg

Week 2 clomid 50
Nolvadex 40

Week 3 clomid 25mg
Nolvadex 20

Week 4 clomid 12.5mg
Nolvadex 10mg

So someone told me to run clomid longer and higher does. This could be the reason why my post cycle bloods are low.

Age: 35

I always do pre cycle Labs
You did not wait enough time. 21 days is barely enough time for 500mg TE to have gone low enough. Primobolen has half-life of 10-14 days so 800 would leave you high enough to shut off androgen production regardless using a SERM.

Think of it this way: ALL androgens have to be out of your system such that the total androgen load/stimulation (not just testosterone) is equivalent to hypogonadism. Then you front-load your SERM(s) and proceed with the 'normal' doses afterward. Read the Docs protocol very closely, it does not say to do it the way you have.

Do your math on the primo, then once that is low enough, start the proceedure exactly as he described. (Yea, I know the info ended up scattered throughout many pages, but so is most everything that might be useful).

This is why experienced BBs don't use long estered androgens near the end of they cycle if they want recovery.

I would run HCG again and another 30-day PCT or another month or two low dose Clomid..... some doctors try Clomid therapy before going to trt however it's a smaller dose not 100 mg doses. If you go right into your next cycle it will be like you never PCT basically like you cruised as far as your system is concerned. So think about that you'll have been shut down for about eight months straight and will make it even harder to recover.

Good advice thanks.

I was thinking to do another cycle but test only for 8 weeks but now I will just start PCT again.

I still have HCG should I start HCG 2000iu E3D up to 14 days then start my PCT again with clomid and Nolvadex?

What would my dose be for PCT now? since I’m doing another PCT. and for how long? 4 weeks or 8 weeks?

Definitely going to re-draw my cycle next time and really dial in on bloodwork and when to do PCT

Thanks for helping
