How do u run these 2 together? I am trying to drop about 10% BF and would like to know how to run thses and what experience u guys have with it!

Also I heard that t-3 can mess up ur thyroid for life and it will be hard to loose or gain weight if that happens!

Any help is appreciated!!

Thanx:)

Clen should be run in a 2 weeks on/ 2 off cycle. The first few days ramp up to 125mcg a day. After first 2 weeks take eca for 2 weeks, then start clen back up, no need to ramp up this time.

T3 should be run with aas because it can be highly catabolic, and it will eat muscle as well as fat. T3 cycle lengths may vary but it is important to ramp up, maintain your dose, and then ramp down. T3 will not mess up your thyroid provided its taken the right way.

As far as I'm concerned, ECA works just as well or better than clen.

RE: T3. I, and many others, think that ramping up/ramping down is a waste of time and completely unneccesary.

Agree with Grizz. only ramp up to find out how much you can handle then stick to that amount don't bother ramping down....11

I took T3 for six weeks. I believe it's not recommended for longer than eight weeks.

I Take clen and eca 2 weeks on clen 2 weeks off

on off weeks use eca stack

t-3 is not recomended by me but others swear by it

Well, the reason they perpetuate is because someone reading the very first post on this board by Animal Mass and Bob Smith says you should ramp up then down with T3 (under their cycle advice). I personally would like to know the answer, maybe supported with a little science...eh?

You MUST ramp up and down.....I know a great formula but cant remember it exactly basically you ramp up 5% of the time .......at a constant 45% of the time........and ramping down 50% of the time

Ramp down is most important to get thyroid back to normal without crashing!!

If you would like to know the answer supported with a little science, perhaps you can do a little research yourself.

What you will find is medical literature and documentation which advises to ramp up with liothyronine (aka cytomel or T3). The medical advisory service to doctors and hospitals, the American Hospital Formulary Service Drug Information, specifically cautions to always ramp up with T3.

There is very little information on ramping down with T3 because generally, once started in a medically required situation, it's for life.

Ramping up, all the medical literature I've seen says that's the proper protocol. Ramping down, I haven't seen much scientific information on that and each person can decide for themselves. Personally, I figure a short ramp down over a week or two, depending on how long I used it, can't hurt.

P.S. If anyone wants to see what someone looks like who took a little too much T3, for a little too long, take a look at a current picture of Frank Zane.
