About time for the first post

A little back story...
Five years ago I was pushing over 400lbs of body weight. After years of living the typical American lifestyle diabetes ravaged my body. I went legally blind, extreme thirst, lethargy etc. My body hated metformin so I took matters into my own hands. I basically ran a keto diet and with some moderate weight training I got my blood sugar in check in a few weeks and within 6 months got my body weight down to 239lbs. But being sick wasted away most my muscle and all my strength. I kept at it and after years I finally put some muscle back on(not much) and got some strength back. At that point I decided to start running a 250mg/week test e cycle. Obviously lean muscle and my strength skyrocketed. Story over
So I'm hear to learn as much as possible. I've been reading for months before finally making this post. Thanks

How long have you been running test e? 250/week isn't as much a cycle as it is a glorified TRT dose, and quite a bit higher than most guys run. If you've self-administered that dose, and have been running it for a while, I hope you're doing bloodwork periodically to make sure your blood counts, e2, etc., is all in good order.
 
Congrats on the life change before it killed you. Keep it up man and learn as much as you can.

Are you cruising? Or are you running a cycle at 250mg?
I'm cruising.i had to switch to test c due to pip. I tried two of my buddies test e gear and both caused lumps so I assumed either a reaction to the enthenate ester or the carrier. Soon as I switched to test c- smooth sailing. I am planning to blast for a few weeks shortly.

Why are you cruising? TRT?

If you plan to get off I wouldnt blast and cruise. Best way to cycle is:

14 weeks Test E or Cyp 250mg monday and 250mg thursday
HCG 500iu twice a week
AI when needed
PCT Nolva and Clomid 2 weeks after last shot
After PCT wait 14 weeks and repeat

self prescribed trt. I never had bloods done.i was feeling very lethargic and even eating well and lifting heavy for months, I could gain any strength or muscle. And it took days to recover. After about 10 days after I started cruising I got some pep in my step and started to slowly bulk up. I know 250 is still high for trt but it been a good ride so far

I compete in bodybuilding and cruise at 250 and blast at 500.

Was just making sure you knew the consequences and how hard it would be to come off.

Do you take HCG and AI?
 
No hcg. I have nova and clomid at the house but honestly haven't really seen any sides, but better safe than sorry. As far as I can tell, I'm in it for the long haul. Eventually I want to start brewing, but that's a whole other cat to skin

Nolva and Clomid is PCT. Now that you cruise you will never need to take those. PCT is when you come off your cycle.

What you need is an AI. Aromasin or Arimidex. Those you take on cycle to keep your estrogen in order. I prefer Aromasin but to each their own.

I didnt know you were that serious about BB man. What weight class do you enter for contests? Have you placed?

First contest was 160 felt way too small. Second was 180. Third was 200. Going for open class so bulking until 260ish until my next comp. First contest I made top 5 and overall. Second and third was just in top 10.

Just something I love to do bro. Its my passion. First time I stepped on stage was a life changer.

Think we got off on the wrong foot with Naps lol.
